First we were not able to estabilsh a very goog communication, late night (10 PM) call to get in touch with us. Also scheduling a time to come out to preform the work was bit confusing. We were asked when we would like the have the house cleaned so we provided them a time. Which they replied that the time was not available, so we said you tell us when you are available. They then showed up two hours early without notice of the time change. The supervisor said that they had a mix up on when they could do the work at our house. So with three people here working 1 hour and 20 mins, they were not able to complete the task of cleaning the whole house and said it would cost $35 dollars to finish 15 mins of work. The house is 1800 square feet, our other home before moving to Virginia was 3300 Square feet and we never had any issues with getting it cleaned in a four hour period. (Even with one person doing the work) We will never contract work with Sky Mais, Inc again.

They responded promptly that they could clean my house 3/27 in the afternoon. I replied and asked them to call to narrow the time. No one called so I called them, spoke with Mr. Leonardo who said he would call me back by end of day. He didn't, so I called the next day, and he confirmed they would be at my house at noon but could arrive 15 minutes early or 20 mins late, depending on traffic. I waited until 1:15 and called - left a voice mail message that has yet to be returned. I am willing to reschedule, but I'm very concerned about the lack of professionalism and customer service - makes me wonder what kind of cleaning I'm going to get. It's been over 30 minutes since I left the voice mail...it will be interesting to see how long it takes to get a reply. They have my money, and I have a dirty house. Not terribly happy...

Our previous cleaning service was spotty, often just moved the dust around, and the maids sometimes broke items and did not tell us. the last straw was when a bonded employee stole some of my wifes jewelry and although our insurance covered our loss and the agency paid to change our locks, the whole experience was traumatic. What we like about our initial experience with sky maids is that the owner of the agency twice out of the three visits came himself to supervise the maids and did a lot of the heavy cleaning himself. We are much less concerned about being their ourselves to supervise because he is there. Also the house seems much cleaner and dust free. they have cleaned in many places our former service never got to--for example under and behind the refrigerator--the edges of the ceiling fan blades, etc. So far we give sky maids an A+

Sky Maids have been providing service every 2 weeks for the last 5 years. I am very satisfied with their work.

We have been so pleased with the quality of work and the friendliness of the staff. I can't imagine anyone else working for us.
