clean a towhouse, but only living areas, kithen and 2 baths, they do a ery good job and my tenants were very happy. I wish they would give a better monthly rate, then I would sign up with them.

The cleaners showed up slightly early, we have used this company before to clean our house and we knew this was their way. The cleaners are always efficient and thorough with their work. Our house feels 100% better after SkyMaids has visited. Scheduling with Leticia and/or Lauro has always been easy and they make sure to have the time we would like our house cleaned. SkyMaids has been an excellent company to work with. I will continue to recommend this company to anyone who wants a complete house cleaning for a very reasonable price.

3 cleaners showed-up at 7:45 AM (arrival window was 8:00 - 9:00 AM) and left at 9:20 AM. While the cleaning itself was pretty good, I did have a couple of issues. Unlike most companies, you have to contact them to set your appointment - they do not contact you. They also never followed-up on my service to see how it was, or if I was interested in scheduling further cleaning. I like that they do not spam you with calls, but they really should have reached-out, at least initially. I did not receive the full 6 hours of cleaning - I received 4 hours and 45 minutes. I had asked them to sweep the (small) porch and wipe down the outdoor furniture if they had time, but they did not do it. They also did not dust/sweep the laundry room. I appreciate that they are efficient, but if I buy 6 hours worth of cleaning I expect to receive it. They were friendly and polite, and tolerated my barkey dog very well. I did not notice anyone messing around on their phones (other than the supervisor once) as other reviews have mentioned. I do not think I would hire again due to the communication factor and the fact that they seem to want to get it done as fast as possible (seem to focus more on speed than thoroughness).

I had purchased this service at a Big Deal - 8 hours of cleaning for $159. When the firm contacted me for a schedule date, I asked about splitting the cleaning time between two residences. They responded that the purchase was for only one residence. I spoke with the manager and he agreed that I could be scheduled for May 26. When I was contacted the day before the cleaning, I was told that I could not get the May 26 date so I was scheduled for May 29. Afterwards, I discovered that I had no electricity at the new house and it wouldn't be available until May 30. I notified the company by email asking them to contact me to reschedule. When I didn't hear from them, I emailed and called several times and left any number of messages for them to contact me to get the cleaning rescheduled. I have received no response at all. I needed this cleaning done before my June 6 move in date. So, I have requested a refund from Angie's List and hired another company.

Except for the appointment time mishap, they come out and did a wonderful job.

The two ladies that showed up were hard working, responsive to direction, efficient and very thorough. They did an excellent job, especially considering how much work needed to be done. Thank you!

The service provided was outstanding. The service team (3 ladies) arrived a few minutes early and ready to work. They were professional and took their time to ensure that my house was thoroughly clean. I signed up for the service team to come to my house once a month. I would recommend this company for your housecleaning needs.

These folks were great. They showed up promptly as scheduled and worked quickly. The house looks great and ready to receive guests.

It went very well. The cleaning job was incredibly well done although I only had them do the bathrooms and kitchen so I can not speak to everything else. But for those two all important areas I felt they did a great job. The B rating on punctuality is because I was given a two hour window and 15 minutes after that window they had still not arrived. I called at that point and they said they would arrive in another 15 minutes. If you are not going to be home this is not an issue just something I point out in case you are scheduling around other things you need to do. The cleaning was very good- exceptionally good so that is really the main thing I was looking for and why I gave an A rating to everything else. I would highly recommend and definitely plan to use them in the future.

I was very pleased with their service - they send 2 or 3 cleaners and are done lickety-split in less than 2 hours for 3-floor house. The cleaners were always polite and efficient.

The people who reply to messages continually responded as if they had not read a single thing I had already said or asked. For example: Me: "I would like to book an appt next Saturday" Them: "Great! When we have tomorrow available." And so on and so on, via Messages on Angie's List AND direct email chains, until I just couldn't take it anymore and I gave up and let them keep the money I'd already paid for the deal and went elsewhere.

Two maids come and clean our house biweekly. They always show up on time ready to clean. They do a through job and we are very satisfied with their service. We have been using their service for 2 years.

Stellar job done. This is the second time I've had Sky Maids out (the last was two or three years ago). Both times they exceeded my expectations for cleaning. I'm especially pleased today with the work done on the kitchen floor, microwave, dining room rug, and kitchen counters. Scheduling was done easily and responsively via email, which I appreciated. "B" for professionalism is only because they arrived about a half hour early with no advance notice - a minor inconvenience, but not a real problem. I am recommending them to a couple of my friends, based on today's experience.

Excellent. We have had Sky Maids come biweekly for over two years. The service has been outstanding and a great value. The are polite and efficient and cover a great deal of house quickly and thoroughly. We have three young children and the house is sometimes a challenge - but every time they make it look good as new. Leticia makes sure that the work is done correctly and on time, and has been responsive when we've needed extras done or adjustments to the schedule. I recommend anyone in the area give them a try.

We hired sky maids for a monthly house cleaning service due to their price being better than any others we had looked into, we were and still are very happy with their service so much so that we increased the frequency to have them come every 2 weeks. They do a really nice job and are very responsive when asked to add on extras ( for example the basement or fridge) we get a reminder that they are coming through txt message and are good about changing the time if we need too, we would defiantly recommend them to anyone needing an excellent cleaning service.
