Purchased their 4 hour of housecleaning. Due to the Sky Maid's initial unavailability to provide the service within the time frame I needed, I booked another company. Sky Maids later offered to move their schedule around to make it work, but I had already booked the other company. I appreciated their willingness to work with me despite the tight time frame.

WOW- they were terrific. The communication was always prompt and professional. The team did an excellent job, definitely paying attention to details that have been missed by other cleaning services. An A+ experience from start to finish. Highly recommend.

Charge $60 more for a small house (780 sqf) mentioned it is a moving in clean. Never mention this with Coupon.

That turned out great! A gentleman and at least 2-3 ladies came out and I had them clean bathrooms and floors. They brought their cleaning supplies too.

My husband & I highly recommend Sky Maids. I bought a "Big Deal" for Sky Maids. They contacted me promptly, and we set a date and time. Never have I been so pleased with a cleaning service! This is a family-owned business with 13 years experience. The owner came in first to see what I wanted to have cleaned. He cleaned right alongside the two ladies. My house and appliances were cleaned to perfection. Give this company a try--you'll be so glad you did.

The supervisor and 2 additional cleaners arrived on time and began work immediately. They did a good job cleaning my townhome in about 2 hours. One complaint is they weren't 100% careful putting everything back exactly where it was, but given the reasonable price and their speed I can't really complain. I was also bothered by them using all of my paper towels, but I'll know in the future to stock more.

Lauro is extremely detail oriented and went above and beyond finding ways to provide the best cleaning service possible (ie. removing every single book from our bookshelf and dusting each one individually, or removing all items from our fridge and cleaning and disinfecting all shelves and other surfaces). We have a 2000 sq ft, 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath townhouse with a kitchen, separate dining area, half bath, and separate living area on the main floor. Upstairs we have the 3 bedrooms, and 2 full baths. In our basement we have our laundry room and an additional living area. Lauro was able to identify right from the getgo that he didn't think they would have enough time to do everything he wanted to do, at the level of quality he wanted to do it at, in the two hours including the basement, so unfortunately the basement fell off the list. This was more than made up for though by the high quality of the rest of the work that he and his employees performed. Our bathrooms sparkled. Our tile and hardwood floors and baseboards and walls and HVAC vents and returns and light fixtures and ceiling fans were all given a very high level of attention. Our rugs were vacuumed then taken outside and beat out. Our carpets were vacuumed. On top of all this, with both my wife and I working full-time, we didn't have as much time as we wanted to de-clutter our house prior to their visit, but this wasn't a problem as they worked around and even helped organize some of the clutter for us (on top of the desk, coffee tables, night stands, dressers, etc...). We will definitely be using Sky Maids again, and hope that anyone reading this review will also consider using them. We felt like Lauro and his employees were very trustworthy, and felt very confident and comfortable having them in our home.

Arrive on-time and very through cleaning. Explained what was accomplished and what be done in the future. We will use this company again.

Sky Maids did not disclose (until 10:45 PM the night before service) that they require the homeowner to supply the cleaning products they would use, and if these were not available, an additional charge of $20 would be applied on top of what I already paid. None of this was specified in the terms in the big deal, and if it were, I definitely would not have purchased. NOW Sky Maids said they need to charge me a cancellation fee of $60 since I told them that I no longer wanted their services (for the above reason), because it was within 24 hours of service!!! THAT IS LUDICROUS!!! Buyer BEWARE!!!

Yesterday was our 1st cleaning. Lauro kept in constant contact via email, and arrived precisely on time. To me, that's a BIG plus! There were 3 people - Lauro, plus 2 other ladies. They were very courteous and efficient. When they left, the house sparkled! I'll definitely use them again, and will recommend them to my friends.

They're good, I don't have any complaint about them. First they made a mistake about they're scheduling because the secretary got a wrong phone number and when I call them again they just re-scheduled it. I would definitely use them again because the customer service is good. The secretary was willing to schedule another appointment and the manager called me back and apologized for the messed that her secretary did and I recommend them to make a call a day before to do the housecleaning.

I have found my cleaners. They were very thorough and cleaned behind couches and really went the extra mile. My only complaint is that they missed my powder room on the first floor, but I will just make sure to note that for next time. They were very responsive and were able to get out to my house quickly. Update: They came a second time and did an amazing job and did not miss a thing!

It was excellent! Will be using the service again!

Received whole house cleaning special for $99. Three workers here for 1 hour, 20 minutes. Most of house was cleaned. They are coming back to clean the rest. It was a mess. Spotless.

I had tried to contact the company several times. They never reached out to me after I purchased the Big Deal with them. When I finally got a hold of them and scheduled an appointment, they did not show up.

It went very well. I gave them a "B" for price because the initial big deal offer said 1 person for 4 hours or 2 people for 2 hours. I got 3 people for 1 hour and 20 minutes.
