I bought the house because of the large kitchen and I think it's cleaner now than when I moved in. They polished the hardwood floors and even went under the rugs so that anyone could tell that the floors were done right. In my bedroom they changed the bed spread/quilt with a different cover and I know in the past it's difficult but for them it was a piece of cake. Both bathrooms upstairs, and downstairs were just terrifically clean. They got rid of the spots that were around the bathroom window and I'm not telling you this because it was mold and spores, it was clean, they just did better. As far as the stove is concerned I haven't seen that cook top look that clean in years. I have already hired them to come back in a couple months!

It was ok. They arrived pretty late but came close to getting the hours in. It was a good cleaning, but not a deep cleaning. They missed doors and a few baseboards. It is rough work so I give it an ok.

We have used Sky Maids to clean our house every 2 weeks since purchasing the deal. They send a diligent team every time and do a great job. I'd highly recommend Laurol and his team to anyone looking for a thorough and reliable cleaner.

They did a fair job but I will probably not have them back.

Update upon completion of the deal: I'll say it again - the best cleaning service I have ever used! I have been consistently amazed and completely satisfied by Sky Maids services. I just completed the last of 3 cleanings that were part of the Big Deal and signed up for a monthly contract. What the team can do in the time they are in my house makes me house sparkle and make me proud of my home. That last cannot be under valued - Sky Maids helps my house be a clean and happy home! I have the same team for the first two cleanings and 1 of 2 was the same for the third. They moved through my house quickly but with such professional care and precision that they cleaned top-to-bottom with a focus on the bathrooms, master bed, and family room areas. My bathroom floors shine, my kitchen feels better, and my whole house smells wonderful for days. I cannot believe what two professionals are able to do in just an hour!! A bonus of the deal, the team lead saw stains on my carpet during the first visit. He told me he thought he could get these stains out. On the second cleaning, not only did he remember the issue but he GOT the stains out. These were oil stains from a leaking washing machine that went from the top of the second floor all the way down the stairs. I tried everything I could think of but over 2 years had no luck. In about an hour, Sky Maids got them out. I don't know what the magic was but this alone was worth the Big Deal. My carpet looks SO much better now!!! My overall rating of this experience and of Sky Maids is A+. Sky Maids completely exceeded my expectations on the first cleaning and continued to do so with each successive trip. I am now signed up for regularly cleanings and am on very happy customer so far. If you're looking for a cleaning service - Sky Maids is who you want! First posting: This was probably the best experience I've ever had with a maid service and I still have two more cleanings left to go from my Big Deal. I have already been telling friends and colleague about Sky Maids Inc. because of the quality of the service and how happy I have been. The company immediately emailed me after my purchase of the Big Deal and was very flexible with dates of service. They emailed the day before to remind me that the cleaning crew would be coming the next day and confirmed arrival time. On the nose, the team of 3 cleaners arrived to my house. The crew lead introduced himself and had me walk him around my home having me note areas I wanted them to pay particular attention to. I asked if the team could avoid vacuuming from 8 to 830 because I had a work call and they were happy to oblige (for which I was very grateful). From the time the team arrived, they got right to work but somehow other than the vacuum and my house smelling better and better it was almost like they were there; unobtrusive. Once the team finished their work, the lead walked me through the house showing me what they had done, which was more than I had expected. Here's what they did: dusted and cleaned all the blinds, washed the interior windows, dusted and polished all the wooden furniture, dusted all other furniture, scrubbed the shower and tubs, toilets, and sinks in the bathrooms, vacuuming and cleaned all the baseboards in the house, vacuumed the floors and cleanings they could reach (I have vaulted ceilings the accumulate webs in the corners), vacuumed the couch, scrubbed the kitchen counters, and mopped the floor. I feel like I may have forgotten a point or two, but at the end of the tour I not only felt but could see such a huge difference in my home. It was amazing!! I hope that the same team comes back to my home for the second cleanings because the quality is outstanding. I couldn't be happier with the work performed by Sky Maids Inc. and am looking forward to there next visits.

They showed up ahead of scheduled time to get a sense of what we did and what we did not want cleaned. 3 Bedrooms, 4 Bathrooms, Kitchen, Living Room, Dining Room, and lots of hardwood flooring. Cons: Broken jar in the bathroom Left small box of trash Pros: They were very thorough and very nice. Immediately brought the accidental damage to our attention and offered to credit or fully reimburse after replacement. They did a better job cleaning than the previous 2 companies we evaluated. They stayed a little longer than originally planned (due to broken jar), and I can only guess in their haste to depart accidentally left the trash behind. Figured it was worth mentioning for the details, but not going to hold it against them. Offered a very fair discounted deal for regular cleaning which we will certainly use.

Very easy to schedule, good communication, professional cleaning. I've had other cleaning services, and this one is probably around the average in terms of quality of work--some better, some worse--but the price was very good, so a little lower quality was acceptable.

When they intitially came over, they told us that they would do their best and that it might take longer. The day of the cleaning, we were told that it would take just the 2-3 hours. I feel that they rushed through everything and were not thorough. My wife was there, pointing out some areas that they missed, so she asked that they re-do the areas, and the bathrooms were not completed. We felt that they rushed and that they didn't do a thorough job.

I soon realized after the first two cleanings I was getting the B team on a regular bases. I noticed right away that they had no concept of what the recycle trash cans were for. I would have to move trash bags from the paper recycling bin to the regular trash can. The B team was only interested in getting out of the house as soon as possible. One cleaning I came home and the dishes were all over the counters. They had left their cleaning supplies in the chair. The kitchen floor was not mopped. The bathtub I had to scrub out myself because there was a layer of grim on the bottom of the tub.

1st cleaning went pretty well except they did not vacuum the basement stairs nor the basement. Owner I assumed had a sales pitch about a special deal but we passed. 2nd visit was scheduled before gentleman left. During the week of 2nd visit received a text asking if they could schedule my second cleaning and I replied that it was already scheduled. Was informed that they were booked every Saturday until November. Confused about how that could be since my husband confirmed and saw the gentleman put the information in his phone. Few more exchanges and the original date was honored. Not sure what they used to clean my cast iron pan but it was rusted when I got home so it went in the trash. Scheduled 3rd visit and 45 minutes after schedule arrival time of 3:30, no call no show. Called the number listed and was told I'd get a call right back. three minutes later the ladies show up to clean.Out of all of the cleanings the third was the best and most thorough, although I'm not sure they actually honor their checklist. They mention cleaning light fixtures but neither cleaning did they clean the ceiling fan in my bedroom nor did the baseboards. My house isn't cluttered or super dirty so when I want a cleaning service, its to do these type of detailed things.

I wish they had spoken English. The didn't understand what I asked and therefore cleaned areas I didn't want cleaned and did not have time to finish the job.

Extremely well... They worked quickly and thoroughly... left no stone unturned. Highly recommended. They used 6 hours of the 12 on the first visit... Called me to schedule the second visit which was completed at our rental house. Our tenant reported that they did a spectacular job there. So independent verification makes me a very pleased customer. I will be using them again.

The service went fine. I purchased 2 deals with them and have used one so far. I thought the pricing for the deal was great. They did the service at tenant’s property. I had no interaction with the company but the tenants have had no complaints. They were accommodating and I had no difficulty scheduling the deal.

By far my best experience with a cleaning service. They worked with me on scheduling, arrived promptly and worked very hard to provide the most thorough cleaning my house has ever had. They did an excellent job both on ordinary stuff (floors, counters, bathrooms) and extras like baseboards, bookshelves, and windows. Highly recommended!

These women are fantastic. I have been ill and have two cats, so the place was a mess. We had set an 8:00 a.m. appointment, and they were here a few minutes early -- four women with armfuls of cleaning supplies and equipment. They vacuumed not only the floors but the sofas and chairs. I knew they would do the kitchen floor and counters, but they also did the inside of the refrigerator! Every surface in the house was gleaming. I have used cleaning services off and on for decades; I will not consider using anyone else as long as Sky Maids are available. They are head and shoulders above the rest.

After the initial contact, the person told me that it would be 2 weeks before they could come to clean my house. I pushed back on that and told them that my house would not require the 4 hours that I purchased and could they find another time to come over. They agreed and scheduled for 4:000 p.m. the next day. I arrived home early from work to meet them. They did not arrive at 4:00 p.m. and didn't even call me until 4:35 p.m. to tell me that they were running late. FINALLY, at 5:30 p.m. they arrived. I was quite frustrated and disappointed at the lack of professionalism but agreed to allow them to clean the house anyway. They did a nice job with the house. They were thorough and conscientious and the gentleman proceeded to show me all the work they did upon completion of the job. We discussed future cleanings and prices however, I cannot decide whether I want to use them again. The quality of their work was good but the professionalism and punctuality on that day left a bad impression with me.

I was told to expect the cleaning crew at 3 p.m. They did not arrive until 4:15 p.m. When I initially called the contact number to inquire about their status, I received a message that the voicemail box was full. I also received no response when I texted to inquire about their status. At approximately 3:30 p.m., I was called back and advised that a 3 p.m. start time actually means they can get there between 3 p.m. and 4 p.m. The individual also claimed he was having issues with his phone. I'll cut him some slack on the technical difficulties, but the lack of punctuality was problematic. At 4 p.m., I once again attempted to contact the individual to inquire about the status. There was no response. I was able to leave a voicemail this time and I requested a call back as well as a discount on the service due to their tardiness. No response was received. The cleaning crew arrived at 4:15 p.m. and apologized for their tardiness. It was blamed on traffic. They did a fair job cleaning the house though I had to point out several areas at the end that did not get cleaned. They were able to clean them after I highlighted each area on the floor. Additionally, after they left, I noticed they left one room of windows that had not been cleaned so I had to do that myself. I'm not sure how you could have missed all of my son's slobber on the windows, but they did. Every other aspect of the cleaning was fine.

They've been unresponsive. They tell me they're going to do something and don't show up then they tell they'll be in contact with me and they never get back with me.

Like many cleaners, unless you are present to direct the work there are always details that are missed. For example not all the kitchen cupboards were cleaned of crumbs.
