They cleaned and organized more than I can imagine. I'm now working with them on a bi-weekly basis. They are not always the most responsive but very friendly, high quality, and professional.

4 cleaners came out for approximately an hour and a half. I liked the way they cleaned the main floor and on the second level I liked how they cleaned the kitchen except that I thought they'd clean the inside of the oven and the inside of the fridge. I wasn't as happy with the cleaning of the basement. It seemed like the only thing they did was to take the trash out and they also damaged a blind (it no longer opens and closes). I wish they would have asked me if things were cleaned to satisfaction before leaving but they didn't. It would have been nice if they'd cleaned the basement more (especially the laundry room) and at least offered to replace the damaged blind.

They did a pretty good job. They were very good. I think the price was fair. I think they were on time.

Very professional service. Nothing to complain about. I only wish I were told that the $99/4 hour service is only available once per household. I would have bought the $299 package had I known that.

I am completely satisfied with the service provided and have already booked another appointment. 1. The Sky Maids scheduler worked me into their busy calendar on short notice and at exactly the time I needed; 2. the crew members were thorough and careful and so patient with the dog and cat; 3. the house is cleaner than it has been in ...well, a long time. But the real value with this company is the owner. Mr. Leonardo obviously takes great pride in his work, from the introduction he gave me to the dusting of the baseboards to wrapping up with a walk-through to make sure that I was satisfied with the work. His manner and customer service approach demonstrate that he isn't simply doing a job for one day, but that he wants to build a relationship and provide such good service that his crew will return again and again. I booked the next appointment without the deal, but still at a very reasonable price; I am confident that if I ever have a problem with the Sky Maids team, the owner would be on the phone with me in a heartbeat to make things right. Definitely an excellent recommendation by the Angie's List community.

Easy to schedule appointment, punctual arrival (with 20 minute advance notice call, as requested). Cleaning staff did a great job. Would and have recommended them to others.

Lauro and his team of 2 were so professional - and pleasant. They worked very hard and very fast - only 1 & 1/2 hours. I was amazed at how thorough they were in so short a period of time. There were actually some parts of my apartment that I had never before seen so clean!

Three people arrived on time and cleaned for about 1 ½ for $100. Overall I was not satisfied with their cleaning for several reasons. The first being?they scratched off some of the stainless steel from my oven. I have no idea how this could have happened during a simple cleaning; it almost looks like someone used sandpaper on the oven. Second, there?s a dent on the lower part of my oven; perhaps they slammed a broom or other device by accident, but it?s pretty annoying considering the oven was almost brand new and in excellent condition. The cleaning itself?perhaps my standards are too high, but there were several major errors. I asked them to clean off the tops of the dressers and when I checked one of the dressers, it had dust, hair and other particles all over it. It seems like they didn?t use any real cleaning products, they just wiped over it with a dirty rag. They had plenty of cleaning solutions, so I?m not sure why they didn?t use one. In addition, I provided them with my own cleaning products. They also need to make sure the rags or paper towels they use are clean. There is no point in cleaning if you?re just going to spread around a mess. They cleaned around one of my toilets and again spread dust, hair and other particles all around the toilet; it was not a good sight. They spent the majority of their time focusing on irrelevant things, such as baseboards, windowsills and behind sofas...when the real mess was right in front of them. Overall, I think they were in a rush to finish and didn?t pay attention to detail. I would not use this company again and definitely would not recommend them. I will return to my previous cleaning lady who charges less and does a much better job. The response below does NOT address the fact that the oven, which was in excellent condition, now permanently has a dent and scratch mark on it.

Communication had been a little spotty due to some changes in my schedule. Overall I liked them.. I thought they said they would be here at 8am, so I waited until then but had to leave by 830 to work. Left keys outside so they could get into house. I really don't have any complaints other than I don't know if they have/had a contact number for them--I tried to call them but it went to their voicemail. They did a good job. The house wasn't super dirty nor is it very large, so most of it could have been done within the 4 hours the coupon covered. There were just some more intense projects, like a thorough tub cleaning, that I had not had time to do. I'd probably use them again when my life is really crazy again.

The crew of two arrived late to the house. Started working right away. One of the two workers talked on her cell phone quite a bit and kept walking out to the car. I'm not sure as to why. Overall they cleaned everything but the job was shabby. Still a lot of dirt in the fridge and lots of particulate on the floor.

We live in a 2 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom, 1200-sq. ft. townhouse in Northern Virginia. Due to our busy schedules, we are unable to perform the thorough house cleaning that we'd prefer on a consistent basis. We considered purchasing cleaning services for a couple of months, and finally selected the $99 deal offered by Sky Maids. The services were exactly what we had hoped for. Sky Maids arrived just a few minutes ahead of schedule. After walking the owner and two other individuals through the home to discuss our cleaning needs, they began working right away. They paid exceptional attention to detail by, for example, cleaning the baseboards, closet doors, light fixtures, and blinds - areas that tend to get neglected as a result of our hectic schedules. They even gently moved the furniture as needed to clean underneath and around hard to reach spaces. Our kitchen and bathrooms are simply immaculate, and the home has a fresh aroma throughout. We were pleased enough with the services that we have already scheduled them to perform additional work in December. (We were quoted $129 for this follow-up service). We hope that the next service goes as well as the first, and exceeds our expectations.

We had dust throughout the house due to installing a sump pump and drains in the basement. Sky Maids came over and did an outstanding job cleaning all of the dust, dirt, etc. throughout the house. There was a ton of stuff we needed to get cleaned. We were amazed how clean everything was and how fast they did it all. They ended up cleaning the rest of the house since they had the time. I would definitely recommend them and will call them again if I'm in need of their services. The quote they left with me for future cleanings was lower than others I've received. Thanks for the great work. Highly recommended.

We scheduled for them to arrive at 8 o'clock. I left at 8:30 and called to tell them how to access the home to clean. When I returned home I got a call at around 2p stating they weren't able to access the home wanting to reschedule for a week later. I needed the home cleaned that day because my in-laws were coming in town. I believe they should have called when they realized they were going to be late. I am seeking a refund with Angie's List.

Received a quote for services that seem a bit high for the size of my apartment, but generally consistent with the other service providers on Angie's list. Decided to go ahead with the deep clean service (3 - 4 people, 2 hours) followed by biweekly cleaning (2 people, 2 hours) visits, and made arrangements to firm up a time in the following week by text. In the next week, received a series of repeated phone calls followed by texts to find out if the next day was acceptable - made plans to start the next day. The schedule didn't end up working for the cleaners, so we made alternate plans several days later for an early morning appointment. Sky Maids showed up somewhat later than expected for the initial deep clean appointment, and with only 2 cleaners. They were in and out in less than an hour. The cleaning job was OK - the kitchen was in decent shape, the rooms were OK, the bathroom was not thoroughly cleaned at all. Floors seemed messily vacuumed, but that may just be the way the carpet pile lies. None of it seemed particularly consistent with the Deep Clean promised and paid for. Nobody followed up, didn't hear anything until receiving a series of immediately repeating calls and texts during off weekend hours asking if the following Monday was OK for an appointment. I opted not to get further service.

I purchased the Angie's List deal for 6 hours for $99. I have purchased many deals and groupons and have yet to settle on a set cleaning service so have had many services at my house. This was by far the best cleaning I have ever had. They took every book off the shelf, dusted the side of my bed, etc.... They had a team of 5 people and were there for just over an hr. It was cleaned beautifully!!! I would definitely use this service again. He did explain to me that they are an "A" service and have an "A" service price so for future one time cleanings they said it would be $150. This is an understandable rate for this area but just not something I can afford even on a 3 month basis.

They sent out a good team who really worked well together and left the house clean. I would use them again

The three-person cleaning team arrived roughly 40 minutes late, which didn't bother me since I am retired and home all day. I didn't ask but they may have had difficulty finding parking. Over all, they did a nice job. I apprediated their attention to details. For example, they folded the toilet paper like maids in better hotels do. I would use them again. What I didn't like was the company's indifferent communications. It was almost a week before I got a confirmation on the first date I asked for.. Then I had some plumbing problems and had to reschedule. I left messaages at both puplic phone number and the phone connection through Angie's list, sent email messages to two pulbic addresses and another using Angie's List email, and a message on Angie's list message facility all explaining the problem and requesting a new specific date. It was three weeks before I heard anything.

It went very well. Only disconnect was that my husband paid again, after I had paid online. We have not been able to organize a second cleaning yet (intended) nor have we received the overpayment back. We should have this sorted out in the next two weeks; the problem is partly our schedule. We did have some difficulty with understanding all of their phone messages.
