Sky Maids were great and I plan to call them back again for cleaning. We were in real need of a housecleaning after I tore my achilles tendon. With two teenage boys plus a dog my house was a mess and i could not keep up. I hired Sky Maids to come in for four hours @ $99.00 (trial offer) to clean. What a great job! Worth every penny. The team was professional and very thorough cleaning. They scrubbed every corner, cleaned under furniture, sanitized the bathrooms. When they left my home was spotless and smelled great. I absolutely would recommend their service to anyone and I plan on calling them back to clean my house again.

They were adequate. I wouldn?t lie about them. They cleaned but they had a problem speaking English and understanding what you want them to do. Their supervisor came with them. It was a 3 or 4 hour purchase so they were racing around and just kind of slamming things to try to get things done. I don?t think I will use them again. There was no going over the $99 big deal. They finished what they needed to do but it was a little bit chaotic. The cost of the service was reasonable. They came on time.

It went great. The crew arrived on time, worked efficiently, and my home sparkled afterwards. Will be using them again and recommending to others. Thanks!

I paid 99 for four hours of house cleaning. They arrived at 2:15 p.m. And left at 3:45 p.m. According to the lady cleaning downstairs who was apparently the person in charge, they had only been authorized to stay at my house for 1:20 hrs only so that was why thwy had to leave without finishing their job. I told her that the contract said 4 hours of cleaning and her answer was that "they" had not given me the correct information be ause when they sent 3 persons, they could not stay for more than 1:20 hrs. They did not clean the basement or sun room and the inside of the refrigerator was left undone. I would never hire this company again and am beginning to doubt the usefullness of Angies list.

last minute guests + working late + cleaning service last minute cancellation = major emergency. Sky Maids pulled through for me. I was on the phone with them at 3PM explaining my situation and by 5:15PM the crew was at my place. Every nook and cranny, every crevice, every angle was scrubbed clean. I am very thankful that the three ladies could help me out in a pinch. I understand most places would prefer to keep to normal daytime hours, but they went the extra mile for me in this instance. Letícia, Sky Maids manager, personally called me after the cleaning session to see how everything went. From beginning to end I am very satisfied with the customer service as well as the quality of the work itself.

I'm satisfied with the cleaning. Staff was efficient and effective during cleaning and paid attention to specific requests. But I can't say the same for communication to schedule the cleaning, they seem to be extremely busy so don't expect too much options when accommodating specific dates, they will respond some messages and ignore others and seemed to be in a hurry all the time. When calling apparently you'll mostly get the voicemail system so it's also difficult to get someone on the phone, at least in my experience. I think it should be easy to schedule a date after 2-3 messages without even having to call but it isn't the case here. The only reason I didn't cancel the service for a refund was because I was outside the 30-day guarantee and Angie's List representatives offered help to schedule. In the end it was worth what I paid for but I was frustrated enough to think at least twice next time before choosing them.

They were very professional and thorough. They did the little things - baseboards, railings, appliances. I got a walkthrough afterwards to show what they did. Great job in the bathrooms and kitchen. Scheduling was easy and they were always right on time.

Had deal for so many hours to clean the house, three came and it was whirlwind cleaning, Bathroom (two) and kitchen, hard wood floors moped, area rug vacuum. Place looked great. My husband noticed a scratch on the coffee table, which was new after the cleaning - not expensive coffee table, but something heavy was dragged across it. He mentioned that when you have folks on the clock doing that much work, they get too fast and things go wrong. better to have one or two clean the house and take half the day to do it, not so much rushing but taking time to do it all right. I would have them back when I need some assist for an event, I liked the final job.

We didn't feel the quality of their services was very good. They didn't clean my son's room at all, did a so-so job in the kitchen and bathrooms. They also used the bottle brush we have for our baby to clean something and left it all dirty and un-useable. We had a much better experience with Wash Plus!

The maids did a great job. They worked hard and cleaned the areas we requested. Great work!

I purchased an offer for $99 for 4 hours of house cleaning. I scheduled it for a Monday via Angie's List messaging system with the company. The morning they were scheduled to come out, no one showed up. I called them and they said they had me down for the next day (a Tues), when I had an email confirming for Monday. They were able to still send a crew that morning. They worked pretty quickly and got a lot done, including details such as cleaning blinds, dusting high spots, etc. that I liked. They did miss a bathroom though, which I had forgotten to check. They also did not seem to vacuum too thoroughly as there were still lint pieces on a couple of rugs in the main area. Overall, I felt it was good value for what I paid, but given the mix up with scheduling, missing a bathroom, and some lack of attention to detail, I'm not sure I would use them for any long term work.

I saw their offer on Angies list for $99 for four hours cleaning. I needed to get it done that week and told the first guy I spoke to that I was willing to pay another $20 to get it done in the timeframe desired. I got a call back from someone who said they would come later that week. 3 people (including one of the owners) showed up at 1:47 (2pm was time arranged). They guy upon seeing my place, tried to say I had agreed to pay $199 for 6 hours cleaning. I said no, that wasn't the case. We negotiated to $150 although I was p***** to have to bargain on something already arranged. They worked for 1 hour and 15 minutes. He claimed they showed up at 1:25. Total lie. So, I paid $150 for less than four hours work. He kept insisting that it was deep cleaning. But really, they just did a normal cleaning (yes, the house was dirty/dusty), but they worked for less time than I paid them for!!! They didn't move things to dust under. Spills were not cleaned up. I had to ask them to reclean a few things. He kept telling me how other places would have charged $300 for what they did. Actually, no, they wouldn't. I believe they broke a plate of mine, I have a shard I found after they took the garbage out. I texted them with pictures and my complaints. Never heard back. For an hour and change, they did a lot, but they didn't give me the service I had paid for and they left work undone.

making the beds were very nice. very good job cleaning the windows. the oven still had grime on the bottom of the stove, they didn't clean the racks, and I had to wipe the oven again to get the residue after they left. cleaning the bathrooms were good but I wanted a deeper clean on the masterbath. I was advised I needed another 2 or 3 cleaning services to get the floors white. it took several days for them to make contact to schedule an appointment. it took several attempts to finalize a date and time...would have preferred a phone call. they arrived 45 minutes later than expected and i missed my other appointment. on a positive note the cleaners were very nice and $99 is a great price

The two cleaners were prompt and accommodating, great to deal with. The company was also very easy to work with. With very few exceptions, the work was exceptional and very fine details were attended to. I would definitely recommend them.

The team arrived on time, which was great! Leonardo was very professional and explained their services. I then showed them around the house and asked for specific areas of the house to be cleaned- expressing that the entire home didn't need to be cleaned. The team of three brought their own supplies and got right to work. However, when I came home that afternoon to inspect the job done, the shower floor was not cleaned, the second bathroom tub had not been cleaned and I discovered a 1" chip taken out of one of our kitchen cabinets. I called the company and left a message for someone to call me, but THEY HAVE NOT RETURNED MY CALL! NOT a quality job done at all and now I have to get a cabinet front replaced at my expense. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

They messaged me for some available dates. They replied that they were booked for those dates. I am looking to see if I can get someone else at this time.

It was a PAIN to schedule anything with this company, but when I finally did (for 12/8/2014 arriving between 1-3pm), the guys were NO show. I work nearby, so I took off from work and waited for them at home during this 2hr time window. Since this was going to be their first visit, I didn't feel comfortable to just leave a key. It was only around 4.15pm that they took the courtesy to call & SMS me, saying that they are having car trouble, won't get here before 5.45pm, and hence will need to reschedule. Things like this do happen, but why such a late notice to let the customer know? Since they called way after the scheduled time window, it makes the customer think that they were just overbooked and came up with a last minute bogus reason. Being an A rated business and all, I decided to give them another chance and responded to their SMS that I can do it on the date they want to reschedule, but only if they can provide a narrower time window for arrival, given that I didn't want to be stood up again for nothing. NO RESPONSE WHATSOEVER. On the day that they suggested for rescheduling, I sent them yet another message (via AngList website, as well as SMS), and still NO response.. I wonder how many other people have been through the same experience, but didn't share their opinion... which gives this unprofessional business the right to think that they can just ignore customers due to the number of "A" reviews they've gotten so far....

I think the cleaners that came were very nice and did a fair job. Unfortunately they broke the closet door in my bedroom and tried to hide the damage. The door was completely off the hinge and they just stood it up so when I went to close it the door almost fell on me. When I called to tell them about the damage the manager said they would come and look at it. I texted him my address and the damage and I have still not heard from him. I would have recommended them if they had some accountability for this accident. Since they refuse to fix this issue I will say "DO NOT USE THEM".

They arrived early, and were going to wait for the appointment time, but since I was here they were happy to start early. The supervisor was very nice and explained everything they were going to do, and then once they were done we reviewed everything they did.

If I could rate our initial experience with Sky Maids an A+ I would do so. Their service was professional, on time, and as-described. They checked in with me at my office a day or two in advance of my appointment to confirm availability. Sky Maids brought three people to our appointment, and spent approximately an hour and a half (4.5 hours of person-cleaning time) at our home. They knew just what to do and needed minimal if any supervision, while cleaning our floors (we have both hard wood and carpet, the former of which they vacuumed and mopped, the latter of which they vacuumed), kitchen (stove burner scrubbing and wipedown, microwave, sink and faucets), bathrooms (scrubbing of sinks, tubs, toilets and tile floors), living room (floors, dusting, general organization), and bedrooms (vacuum, general organization, even turned the bed up). They were friendly, but got right down to work and worked hard every minute of their appointment. Great experience. Am seriously considering using them again. You should too for any cleaning needs you have.
