The team of 4 people came within the window of the ppt.time. They are thorough with the cleaning and very professional. I am happy with the service.

I just received a call this morning that they would not come to my home address in Edgewater, which is 326 Bay View Drive, MD 21037. I asked about a refund and was told to contact Angie's List for same. Maybe you should change my address to my home address in Maryland for future services. The lady I spoke with was very nice but hardly spoke a word of English. Difficult conversation. Date of service was 3/6

It was ok for the price but would have paid a little more for quality cleaning

They sent 2-3 people for about an hour. They were fine. There were no additional fees associated with the deal.

They did an excellent job. The owner and two workers were organized. I'd use again. No complaints

3 women showed up early 7:20 AM for a scheduled 8:00 AM cleaning, which worked out just fine for my wife and I. They worked exceptionally hard for a couple hours to make our townhouse sparkle. After they were done one of the contacts (Leticia) came to verify the work and was very nice and courteous. We were very impressed with their service.

They arrived promptly at 8am and two women worked nonstop for two hours -- vacuuming, dusting, cleaning floors, cleaning bathrooms, cleaning the kitchen, etc. They were both very pleasant and friendly -- and very hardworking. It was a great price for a job well done!

They're good. When they were done, it was really clean. I have used them again since then.

I contacted Sky Maids on short notice to perform a move-out cleanup on a one bedroom apartment. The apartment was pretty neat, but in my experience the landlord is a real stickler and so I wanted the cleanup done thoroughly. The owner, Leticia, took my call and booked the job on 72 hours notice. She arrived with a 3 person crew and set them to work, and the job was done well and quickly. Leticia communicated with me by text to let me know the progress, and my move-out inspection by the landlord went fine. The price seemed a bit high for the size of the apartment but it saved me a lot of time and avoided landlord charges.

They did an amazing job! Attention to detail is incomparable! I've never had a cleaning service pay such attention to detail. They actually used a tooth brush to remove dust from crevasses! They include services on a regular basis which are considered "extras" by other companies - windows, base boards, wooden blinds, ceiling fans, appliances (inside and out), etc. I had planned for this cleaning to be a one time, deep cleaning event but I've now arranged to have Sky Maids clean my home on a weekly basis.

Very polite and asked all the right questions. They made sure I was pleased and satisfied with the service. I am using them again.

Very good. These are very hard working, efficient people. We were very happy with the service. Just make sure if you don't know Spanish that all your communication has taken place ahead of time with the supervisor on the phone.

Arrived as scheduled for 9:30 am. 3 cleaning staff ladies went to work right after they walked in. They worked fast & efficiently. In just under 2 hours they finished cleaning 3.5 bathrooms. 4 bedrooms. Kitchen in 3 level townhouse. Spanish speaking they pretend they don't know or speak English but I know they understand English but don't want us to know they do.

A very nice job. I rated them a "A" as they had quite a bit ahead of them. I am pretty picky, and of course I found one or two minor things once they left, but the owner was excellent about supervising and working with his crew. I am quite confident that if I had pointed out the issues while they were here, they would have taken care of them. So, they rate an "A". I got my money's worth and was satisfied. I do think the list price of $200 would have been a bit steep, so I did mark a B for that. Otherwise I would use them again. Thanks!

The very positive part of the experience was that the owner came with his team, and he managed their work. I had expected to need to be the foreman. These were specialized tasks, deep cleaning where I had become aware of problems (areas that my routine housekeeper had missed for too long). It was a relief that he managed them after talking with me about what needed to be done. He also reduced my anxiety by approaching all aspects of the tasks with a can-do attitude. The owner is professional and I felt comfortable having him and his team in my house. It was easy to convey what I needed. On the minus side, I had paid for a specified number of hours, and they really didn't do that. I'd say it totaled about 4.5 person-hours of 6 I had paid for. For that reason, I have hesitated to hire them again (and wasn't sure whether to select yes or no above). Still, they did do a very good job for the time that they worked, and it was a more pleasant experience than I expected. I guess if I hire them again, I'll discuss up front the start and stop times so that we're on the same page. ps- Not quite sure about the $200. It was an Angie's List deal for 6 hours of cleaning.

Punctual and very nice. They walked me through to let me know what they would do and then walked me through at the end to show me the results. The entire team worked VERY quickly. We have used other companies in the past, but none has cleaned our kitchen as well (she even cleaned the inside of our toaster oven)! Hand wiped the stairs, removed as much furniture as possible to clean the floors. All around, very positive experience for the price.

Cleaning was of mediocre quality. Kitchen floor and one bathroom floor was not cleaned thoroughly. When I pointed to out to the supervisor he said that was the best his workers could do. Apparently they only clean off dirt that comes off easily with a damp rag. After they left I scrubbed the floors and got off the marks that SkyMaids had left behind. I would not use them again.

It was wonderful and worth it. They were amazing and excellent. They were very thorough. They explained everything they were going to do. They did an amazing job.

The cleaning staff arrived on time. They should have come with their own supplies but did not. They asked that I provide paper towels because they didn't have any. I thought they used an excessive amount relative to the outcome of the cleaning service. There were 3 people on the team with one person focused in a specific area; two were upstairs and one person was down stairs. I had a foot injury and could not do spot checks as they worked so ended up with partially cleaned or half cleaned areas. I will not use again. I didn't contact the owner but expected the owner to solicit feedback on the service and to follow-up on continued service. That did not happen.

Lauro and his team arrived right on time and were professional in all aspects. They did a full house cleaning based on the package we bought and did an excellent job. Prior to starting he asked to look around the house to ensure what needed to be done (certain areas did not need to be addressed), then he and his team got right to work and cleaned our house. After they were done, he asked to show us around and pointed out all the areas that were cleaned. He noted that they did a thorough deep cleaning and it was clear that they did. Based on his service, professionalism and value, I decided to hire his service to clean my house weekly.

I've had them clean 2 times and both times were excellent! They did a very thorough job and everything looked amazing. They even deep cleaned one room which included dusting my radiators with a tooth brush and cleaning behind books on a shelf. The were easy to work with and will definitely be my regular cleaning team.

My apartment needed a desperate cleaning as we has guests coming home in short notice and Sky maid was very courteous to accommodate my request. They came to clean in just 4 hours! They (4 maids) did a thorough job - cleaned every corner and wiped cleaned the walls will spills and spots!! Definitely calling them again :)

Lauro and his team (3-4 people) do an absolutely outstanding job every time they come. They are very efficient, polite, reliable, professional, and really know how to clean and respect our furniture and possessions while doing it.. Because they did a very thorough deep clean, it only takes their 3-4 person team around an hour to keep up the cleaning every other week. When they get here, they go into action and work separately and as a team to get everything done. I get a wonderful feeling after they leave and I see absolutely clean floors, clean counters, and clean bathrooms. All rooms are very clean, sanitized,and dusted. We have multiple long-haired cats and the cleaning team gets all the fur up off the carpet and floors (which is a miracle). Whatever they clean with smells nice too. They also change the sheets on our king-sized bed in the Master bedroom and in the guest room when we have guests. They have always shown up on time and done a great job. My husband and I are so pleased that we found them through Angie's list. I like every member of their team and I can tell that they take pride in a job well done. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs a reliable and outstanding cleaning service.

I first hired Sky Maids through an Angie's Deal, 3 cleanings for $299. They did an excellent job at my home and I continued to hire them on a bi-weekly basis.Lauro, the owner, is very efficient, his girls are well trained and supervised, they clean my house in a little over an hour. If I notice that things were not done, I point it out to Lauro the following time, i.e. please vacuum the air returns and shower vents (every cleaning team I've ever had had to be told to clean these things!)

They did a good job on bathrooms and kitchen but could have done better cleaning basement rec room Instead of scrubbing they just went over the floor with a wet rubber floor cleaner.
