Two ladies arrived right on time. I had to leave the house but when I came back, they did a good job.

Our house looks great where they worked. They were good, professional, pleasant and they did the job. They did what I asked them to. I'm happy with the results.

Bought a deal for house cleaning services from Sky Maids (4 hours for $99, $25/extra hour), scheduled an appointment and provided them instructions on getting my house cleaned - I had explicitly stated (in writing) that they should expect two maids to be there for four hours each. I called the previous day and ensured that they had the information needed, including code to lockbox to get in the house. The appointment was for 8 am - I wasn't there, but I am told the crew was there on time. I got to the house at 8:45 am - there were three maids working away, one in kitchen, one in master bath, one doing windows. I prefer to give people their space and just checkin every now and then. I made sure the maids understood the needs. So far so good. Then around 10 AM, I got a call from a guy (did not catch the name), saying that the crew only expected to work for four hours per the Angie's list deal, but had mistakenly worked six hours (3 maids x 2). They had another client waiting on them. He said that he would have the manager call shortly and get my card information to get paid the difference. I told him that I had asked for more time when scheduling - I was OK with the up charge and would pay his crew onsite in cash for the difference. I asked him if they could give me another half hour so I could have the maids finish the work that they had not completed. He said no - they crew had to leave immediately. I asked if I could show them the areas that needed work and they could come back later in the day to finish up. I was told that would not happen - they had to leave and I had to pay. I asked the guy to call me back in 10 minutes, so I could pay off the maids. I showed an area in the master bath tub and bath counter to the maid - there were some rust and dirt spots that were missed. She told me that those were permanent - she had already applied cleaner and bleach and those were not coming off. I had not inspected all the work closely - I figured the work completed was OK, paid them $50 for the two extra man hours and a small tip. Once they left I started going through the work: Spots were left in very conspicuous places, e.g., doors of white kitchen cabinets, door of stainless steel fridge Counters were cleaned with a super wet rag and the dirty water had dripped onto cabinet doors Oven was not cleaned Stove was worked on was still dirty Floors were mopped, but had spots showing Kitchen baseboards (white) had dirt on them One trip to Home Depot to get some cleaners and about 45 minutes later I had cleaned up behind the cleaning crew. It took 10 minutes to remove the "permanent" stains from the master bath. One of the last comments from the guy who had spoken with me earlier on the phone was that as a gesture of goodwill, they would let me buy and use another deal from Angie's, since normally it is a one time thing. No, thank you - I will look elsewhere. I did not bother to call back and complain to them since there is nothing to remediate at this point.

It took me half a day to put everything back where it belonged. My Nutra Bullet was behind the flour canister, things on the left were moved to the right. There was still dog hair under the couch. I told them that my main concern was the floors. I really wanted the HW floors scrubbed and cleaned. The one spot where the dog drools waiting for her biscuit, was still dirty.... but they did move the runner down so that it covered it up. In the one bedroom there is a window that has boxes etc. piled in front of it. The curtains were closed... now they are open and I can't get to the window to close them. I could probably go on, but let's just say I was disappointed. The ladies were very pleasant. They gave me a certificate for a 'discount' price for future cleanings if used within a week or so which would have been nice if my floors were cleaner. They even asked for paper towels... I gave them a new roll (which left three rolls in the big Costco bundle in the bathroom) and when they left, there was 1 roll in that Costco bag. I was always taught if you can't say something nice, don't say anything at all, so I'm uncomfortable telling you this and would rather it not be public. I'll keep trying to find someone.

We got a Angieslist deal for $99 for a cleaning service. 3 cleaners and a supervisor (may be owner) came. On this day, they were thorough in their cleaning. They cleaned and mopped the kitchen floor, wiped and disinfected the kitchen surfaces, sink and stove top. They also wiped down the cabinet doors and range hood. They vacuumed the floors in the 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. They dusted off the dust from the coffee table, side tables and mantle and other surfaces in the living room and bedrooms. They cleaned under the beds and couches. They moved the couch to clean behind them. They vacuumed the rugs, and under the borders where dust and dirt tend to accumulate. They cleaned and disinfected the bathrooms, including the sink and tub/shower. We were pleased with their initial service and decided to hire them again on a bi-weekly basis. The next 4 times, the service went downhill. We started to find hair balls in corners, the rugs were not lifted anymore, the couch was not moved and they only cleaned surfaces that they could reach without lifting or moving chairs or couch. Last week we decided to cancel this service. This time, 2 workers came. One was on the phone for a long time. A third person came a little later, and one of the 2 people left. I should also note that when they clean, they don't take shoes off or put covers on the shoes, so they do bring in dirt (dry or wet depending on the weather). So we are again in search for a cleaning service.

I paid for 6 hours of cleaning. Three women arrived at 11:00am and left at 1:00 pm. When I told the lead that I paid for 6 hours she said her supervisor said that sending 3 people at 2 hours meet the requirement and she said that she was sorry. While they did a good job, I feel that the ad was misleading and that I did not get what I paid for. I expected a full six hours of cleaning, but instead got 2 hours!!! The service provided was not what I paid for. Additionally, they did not dust items in the dining room hutch at all.

They were good. They were professional and they did the job. Everything was professional. They did what I asked them to.

I was never able to schedule a cleaning with this business. I left a lot of voice mails and never got a return call until I left an "F" rating on Angie's list. The owner called me back and was very gracious. I'm certain they would have done an excellent job if I was able to ever get on their calendar.

What did the provider do? Examples Dos and Don'ts I purchased a $99 special for house cleaning. What is not mentioned is the 1 1/2 hour time limitation. So regardless of the cleaning required it is only what can get done in the timeframe allowed. Fortunately I basically wanted dusting and minor cleaning done so the two cleaners wee able to finish on time. They were very prompt but unfortunately they didn't understand much English. Overall, they were pretty good.

They were on time with 3 person for 4 hours coupon I bought. They did not waist anytime. They did what I asked which cleaned 4 bathrooms and mop all floors. With extra time, they clean 2 kitchens and cleaned some windows even though I did not expect them to do that. Everything was very clean. I am very happy with their work. Would use them again.

They came out twice. The first time I paid $99. Two ladies came and did the best they could however my house is large and required more time or people. The second time, I paid $120 and 3 ladies came and finished everything else, top to bottom. No more dust bunnies. They came prepared, on time and went to work. I will be using them in the future.

Staff was awesome and cleaned very well! They were on time and cleaned the things I hate to clean, like baseboards! I would absolutely use them again!

The cleaning crew of 3 women showed up on time and were very polite. The space they had to clean was my much ignored, unfinished basement, which rarely gets cleaned. They left the entire space spotless and never complained that the space was probably pretty difficult to get clean after such a long span of neglect. Great job!

Sky Maids was a great company to work with. They were responsive, accommodating to a request with short notice, and do a great job. I was very pleased and would definitely hire them again.

Great! A team showed up and did a fine job in the house. 4 hours was enough for 2 bathrooms, kitchen, and dusting/vacuuming about 1200 square feet.

Absolutely the best maid service I have experienced. They thoroughly cleaned my house - especially the kitchen and one bathroom which were very dirty.

They arrived on time and it was a snow day! Three individuals spent an intense two hours thoroughly cleaning the house. This also included helpful advice from the owner.

Initially their first day of service was really well. They had their boss to oversee everything, I then continued to have them come back but I had issues with them that I have to call the boss about. The last time, I literally have to point out some things. The fact that they don't speak English is a problem or their English is not really good. There are times when they have to call their boss and their boss has called me and I have to translate through the boss. They are okay. Their initial cleaning went very well because the boss was right there. I will continue with them for awhile hopefully they will get the idea of what I am looking for and make sure that they use the product that I need them to use. I wonder about some of the products that they are using.

They were really good. I would use this company again and do recommend them.
