A team of three came to clean the house. It was a coupon for $99 for four hours of cleaning, so they were scheduled to stay for 1h20 minutes. They ended up staying a bit longer to finish a few details and I was very pleased with their work and their willingness to stay a few extra minutes. I would use them again.

We've been using Skymaids for over 6 months and have been very pleased with their quality of work. They come every two weeks and the price is more than reasonable. Whether it takes them 1 or 2 hours, the price/quality is constant (depends on how many show up). The owners are very responsive, accommodating, and honorable folk. Highly recommended!

I found them to be very responsive and the owner, Lauro, is great. He is dedicated to making sure you are happy with the cleaning and will ask what you need each time. We have used them four times (once a week) and they are consistently good. I look forward to that level of service continuing!

Sky Maids was professional all the way. They cleaning crew arrived in a timely manner exactly as described. They met with me and asked what I needed done. I walked them through the house and showed them the areas that needed cleaning. They did a very thorough job cleaning. Our house hasn't been this clean in a LONG TIME. I was so pleased with them, I gave them each a gratuity for their trouble. I would hire this company again. the sent a crew out of 3 people for 1.2 hours. Prompt, professional, and thorough.

It was pretty good. It was not what I was looking for but they were a little funny. Everything they promised they did so there was no question about their performance. They told me how my house was dirty and that made me feel self-conscious about that. They did the work within the amount of time and they work really hard. I was hoping I could do it instead of on a biweekly basis I wanted it to be done like once every two months and they cocouldn'tccommodate that sort of function. They work that they did was fine.

It went well. They were able to fit us in on short notice and communication was good. They did a good job and I would use them again.

They were on time. 2 people came and they did a great job.

They followed up at the last minute to confirm, and by that time I had forgotten about the appointment (my fault) they weren't flexible with their hours either. So since I had rescheduled 2 times, I let them keep the money even though they didn't perform the services.

They were supposed to be here on the 14th but they were not able to come because I am outside of their service area. They were very very nice, but it took like a week to confirm they couldn't service my area.

Arrived on time, 3 maids, work completed and inspected within a 2 hour time frame. All in order

Sky Maids arrived on time, and they did a thorough, excellent job cleaning the house. They even cleaned the ceiling fan blades, which is something our previous cleaner missed. They sent two cleaners, and both were courteous and professional. There were no hidden or additional charges. We'd definitely hire them again!

Even though we had to postpone their arrival time (due to county road resurfacing), they came at the correct time and did their job quickly. We found the cleaners to be pleasant, polite, and conscientious. We definitely would hire Sky Maids again, and we would recommend them.

There were three people. The cost was the big deal price. I think it was $99. It was okay. There was nothing spectacular. It wasn't great. When they got here, the first thing they said was that their boss said that they were only supposed to stay an hour and 20 minutes. That's about how long they stayed. They wiped around everything and ran the vacuum. They were so-so. They were not someone that I would be interested in hiring on a regular basis. What I would like other Angie's List members to know about this provider is that they have a clear understanding of how long they're supposed to stay. The price was okay. I'm sure they don't work for that. I'm sure they work for more than that. They were on time. They weren't professional at all. Maybe if somebody is paying more money they do a different job. I don't think they ever should have given that $99 deal because their whole thing was to get out of here. That needs to be cleared up with the company.

It went great! I will absolutely use them again, and have already passed along their name to some of my friends and family so they can use this service.

M y sinks, tubs, counter tops, and microwave are sparkling!!! The rest is pretty good, too. Our initial package was for "deep cleaning" that was to take place over the course of several bi-weekly visits. They did a very good job during this time; now that we have signed a monthly contract, I feel like the quality of their work has dropped off a bit (starting out, I would have given them an A, now its closer to B-), so they are still doing a good job, just not as good as they once were (even though we are paying more for the monthly contract than we were for the initial deal we got through Angie's List). To give you an example of the kinds of things that are starting to slide, today they came, supposedly mopped the floors, but somehow missed a large sticky spot on the kitchen floor where my toddler had spilled juice. It was right in the middle of the floor and way too big for a reasonable person to have missed (about the size of a grown man's hand). The baseboards are dusty in some places (and by the looks of it, have't been wiped in some time). Also, lately, they have been moving throw rugs and small furniture to vacuum, but not replacing them before they leave, which I recognize is not that big of a deal, but demonstrates a lack of attention to detail. I will say that every time I have mentioned something to them that I wanted them to do a better job on, they fix it right away. They are very good in this regard, which is good because you will have to ask them if you want anything beyond the basics. For example, I noticed that there was a layer of dust and grime on the ventilation hood above my stove. I figured they would surely clean this eventually, and that they were just focused on other more immediate cleaning needs. After several weeks, when they were on their last "deep cleaning" day of our initial package, I finally pointed it out to them and asked them to fix it. They were very apologetic and did it right away, but it is an example of how you will have to communicate what you want. They will ask you to supply paper towels and garbage bags. This means that you will be giving them at least 2 (sometimes 3) rolls of paper towels every time they come. This is the first cleaning service I have ever used, so i don't know if this is standard practice. They do a pretty good job, but I know there is no way they are using this many paper towels when they clean my home. They supply all other cleaning products, so I guess the paper towels are a wash. They do not talk a lot while they work ( to you or to each other), which I love since I work from home and am typically very busy when they arrive. Usually a crew of 3 people comes, but sometimes it is 4. It is not always the same crew. This is fine with me, but may be an issue for you. Overall, they are friendly and fast and do a better job than I was doing as a full time working mother with kids!

Everything went very well. As it turned out, the three of them worked quickly and efficiently and they were able to do everything I wanted, including dusting and vacuuming. I was very satisfied and it was a great value. I was offered the oppotunity to use them for 6 months at a special price but there was no pressure to do so.

They did a good job. Three people came for an hour and twenty minutes. The base boards were cleaned nicely and I liked how Lauro cleaned small things with a toothbrush and dusted with a feather duster. There were a couple of things missed like the coffee table in the living room and a small mirror in the master bath, but overall, they did well in the short time the were here. My only real issue was when Lauro spoke about the dirt and dust, he spoke to me. The "guy" things like the contract, price for future use of Sky Maids, and future scheduling were directed only to my husband. Even my husband thought it odd, like he would be the one to decide. A suggestion-Be more sensitive to the "lady of the house" who, at least in this case, is the one who will decide whether to have them back again, or not, AND is not the only one responsible for the dust and dirt.

They came on time. They were nice and efficient.

The provider got our appointment day wrong and came the next day instead. Overall it went well but there was definitely a language barrier and a few miscommunications.

They did not clean it thoroughly. There are still dirty spots left.

They were not able to come at the appointment time. They gave me an option to wait or reschedule. I waited. I told a long walk and they came earlier than the new given time and beat me to the house by 10 min but they waited. They were professional, fast and did a good job. I hired them to come back.
