Great job cleaning but they did not tell me that because they sent out three maids that they would only do two of the three floors in my townhouse. The voucher I paid for said fours hours of cleaning. They stayed for 1 1/2 hours only. The job they did was excellent but the point of contact that set up the appointment should have been clear about the work reduction.

Was a bit disappointed in the communication; my email did not receive a fast response so I called. The initial time they scheduled was 8am - too early for me so they rescheduled on this site btw 9-30 which I did see. They did not arrive until 9:50 am without calling me to let me know they would be late. I had left my cell number on the email. Three cleaners plus the owner arrived. The owner assessed the two floors of my th that I wanted cleaned with the emphasis on bathrooms, kitchen and floors. There was a lot of time spent dusting - which was really needed but it left the kitchen cleaning a little short and hence the fridge did not get pulled out and the coils cleaned or the bottom area cleaned. the owner came back to vaacum and made me feel a bit guilty for all the dust and time they spent dusting. They did a good job and will consider for future use. Overall would rate an A

Home was cleaned from top to bottom, including the kitchen Stove, counters, etc. They also changed out all the trash baskets, made the bed up, and changed linen with clean if laid out. In addition, the cleaned and wood cleaned all the wood floors and dusted all items.

Never used the company because of illness and death in my family. This company did call me several times to set up a time. I just could not make it work at this time and ultimately let the deal expire. I think they tried very hard to make sure the deal was used so I give them an A+ for effort and would call them again based on their professionalism.

It was fine, but compared to other cleaners I have used, not as thorough.

They did a great job! I'm considering hiring them on a regular basis.

They did a fine job. I have chosen a different company to do my normal housecleaning now though. They were prompt and they were very efficient. There was a special deal so the price was good.

Sky Maids did a great job. Bought a $99 deal for 4 hours of housecleaning, which was 2 cleaners for 2 hrs each in my case. They got in touch with me right away, and performed the clean a few days later as I requested. To be honest, my teens' bath was gross. I precleaned it, but it was still in dire need. The result in teen bath and rest of the house was great, no complaints. Would definitely recommend!

They did a great job and cleaned everything beautifully. Since it was their first time in our house, and didn't know our cleaning routine and where we normally place things, we decided to stay with our old service.

Got deal on service ($99 for four man hours). Team (3 people) was about 30 min late. Worked maybe a little too fast since I was likely the last appointment of the day? For example, the floors were VERY clean, but the windows didn't look like they'd been touched. Weirdly, they emptied out my kitchen trash can but didn't replace the bag.

A basic Townhouse with 3 Bedroom & 3 Full Bath & 3 ladies has been assigned to the job but couldn't finish on time with a basic cleaning such as dusting or vacuum but they couldn't do it correctly

It went very well. They arrived on schedule and did a very good job.

Three cleaning ladies came to the house and stayed a little under 1.3I gave a C for the following reasons 1. Kept my paper towels - The lady asked me for paper towels. I willingly gave her a new roll, and I'm sure they did not use the entire roll, but they kept my roll after they finished cleaning. 2. Left a dirty dish sponge in my kitchen that I had to throw away - I wasn't expecting them to wash my dishes. I would have preferred them to spend time on other more important things around the house. Anyway, a dish sponge I use for glasses was left really dirty with hair on it. Yes, it was my hair, but why would hair be left on a sponge I use for glasses/dishes. She must have used it for something other than the dishes. I had to throw it away as soon as I saw it - yuck! 3. Did not communicate - As mentioned previously, I didn't expect them to wash the dishes - If I had known, I would have given them specific instructions, since I had baby bottles in the kitchen (I have my own way of cleaning them). I know I could have taken charge and given specific instructions, but the lady didn't speak much and I assumed they would ask me questions about things. Instead they

There were no additional charges beyond the big deal amount. It was just $199 for six hours. They didn't do a good job. They seemed to be in a rush. They kind of went really fast. There were areas in the bathroom that didn't look like they paid attention to. For the six hours they put in, it didn't seem like they actually worked for six hours. They were really nice and really professional in terms of discussing with me what the deal was and what they were going to do. They had three people working, plus one guy who was overseeing them. So, it came out to be like an hour or an hour and a half for each person.

Work went very well as my concerns were met. Deep cleaning of bathrooms and kitchen floors were completed with positive results. Dusting, mopping and scrubbing were all met with positive results my work was completed to my satisfaction. The Angie Special was a sample of what this company can do. Now that I'm on a contract, the work will be generated to specific home needs over general cleaning.

Staff was prompt and thorough. I scheduled the cleaning for my move out and they clean every last inch of the apartment. From inside the fridge to the kitchen cabinets. They were great.

I am thoroughly pleased. I usually like to have my house picked up for cleaners but I just didn't have time. My house was pretty cluttered despite me trying hard to get it into shape. They didn't complain and went right to work. I left a note for them about how to handle my stuff and they followed it to a T. No problems with discerning recycling vs trash which was pleasant. I was really amazed at all they managed to accomplish and feel they went above and beyond. They were professional and thorough.

The cleaning was well done and thorough. Scheduling and communication (via email and over the phone) was a bit problematic. The certificate for the discounted rate also expired by the time I was able to recontact the company.

Good. Staff did not understand English well so therefore did not follow directions.

Very Well. three women arrived with all their equipment. Went to work like a whirlwind. After 1 hr. 20 min. (=4 hrs work for 3 people) they finished and were gone. No time wasting, no stopping, professional. My house looks entirely different. I am very pleased.
