Sky Maids did a great job and in a timely manner.

They came on time, manager is very responsive, he called to ensure things were going well. there were 3 ladies, 2 were hard working the 3rd not so much. I was there the whole time, they clean well, but you have to give them direction, and if they don't clean something well, ask them to correct, which they don't mind doing, they are friendly and cooperative. But i think you have to give them some guidance, like moving the fridge so they can mop behind etc.... Overall good service, they went way above the time and did not charge me extra. So I recommend them but you have to give them some direction, they ended up doing a very good job. Customer service is good, and manager responsive, which is very good . One thing they should also do, when they came they asked me for paper towel, but when I called to set up, I wasn't told that i needed any, also have anti- bacterial spray if you wish. Overall I would say A-. I would use them on a regular basis if they would send me the same people, because then I can show them exactly what needs to be done, and no need to monitor and they can work independently, I don't like that I would be getting different people each time, to start over again, not so efficient I think.

They arrived on time, listened to what was needed, cleaned thoroughly and efficiently. and left the house looking spotless. I am using their cleaning service again and would recommend to anyone.

I purchased this deal for 2 organizers for 4 hours to help my son who is very dusorganized and his room was a disaster. I wanted them to help him set up systems for his clothes, his school work and for sorting through years of stuff, books, papers, toys, etc... In anticipation of him starting college with systems in place. However, 3 cleaners with limited English showed up with cleaning supplies with the impression that they were to clean my whole house. It took a while for them to understand what I wanted & the disconnect. I tried via Angie's list messaging & 2 phone numbers Listed on Angie's website to reach their supervised, but have yet to hear back from them. I decided to make the most of these cleaners and my Son & I with help from the women took out most of the books & toys & set the 3 on cleaning his room from ceiling to floor, including moving furniture. They did a great job cleaning & would recommend them for that. When they finished there was still time left, so I had them clean my finished basement. I also really wanted 2 people for 4 hours given the limited space in my sons room and knowing it would take time to sort. The good thing is we did sort while they cleaned, but it was preferable to sort first, then clean the room.

The service was truly outstanding. Prompt, to the minute. Friendly, courteous, incredibly efficient. I should have taken a before and after photo. What the team accomplished in about 90 minutes was truly incredible. I was then handed a quote for cleaning my home, and it was an incredible deal. If that's what they can do with a neglected garage, cleaning my home will be a breeze for this company. I've booked them to come and clean my home every other week. Money well spent!

Excellent service, prompt and courteous women who know how to clean and what to clean.

Our house was dirty and messy (I picked up before they came but there were still little legos to pick up). We have 4 small children and the floors on the hardwood floors were filthy, they did a great job cleaning the hardwood floors. They did not clean the fridge as they said they would in the voucher and my ovens were already clean from the previous cleaning. But they did a great job cleaning/picking up toys in the bedrooms. And cleaned my laundry room, as I asked but they did not clean or vacuum the rest of the basement- our den (where we watch tv). They had to have seen it. We have a two story, 1970s rambler, it is a small house. I guess I wished that if they ran out of time they would have at least done a quick vacuum in that area. I had my kids pick up the toys in the den so it shouldn't have been much of a hassle. I also didn't love that they asked to use my paper towels and trash bags- not a huge deal but I wasn't ready for that. The other cleaning company came, fully stocked. They also asked me what deal they were performing. The other cleaning company, I had hired 1.5 months ago, did not need my Angie's List deal papers that I printed but they knew exactly what they were here for so for this company I figured would know what they were hired for so I did not print my deal papers but then they asked for me to look up what deal they were here here for. The place also smelled more like chemicals than the last cleaning company. If anything they solidified that the last company was SOLID.

Overall, for the price I can't really complain. With that said, I would have expected a little more, especially if they wanted to have me return as a customer, as this was my first time using them. I have a very clean house to begin with and just wanted someone to come in that week and do the cleaning. There were three (friendly) house cleaners, and they had about three hours to clean. I have a three level town-home. For whatever reason, they weren't able to even get to my basement level! I could understand if the other two levels were spotless, but they weren't, my picture frames on my walls were not even dusted! They didn't have to fold any laundry or make any beds, so I'm a bit confused as to what took three people so long to clean just two levels. I can clean my whole house (deep clean) in under two hours! Also, I had to give them my mop to use on my floors, as the one they had looked very dirty and old! I also expected them to take their shoes off or have booties on after moping- they didn't-- thanks for walking on the clean floor with your shoes! Overall, for 99.00 I can't complain as you get what you pay for... but I would expect that if the company is looking to gain new clients, they would want to impress and put their best foot forward. They did not impress and I wouldn't hire them again... even for the price.

Timely professional, Great work- everything sparkles!

They were the ones who had the issue with arking which I feel like I told someone about. They were fine. There was a problem with the house cleaner. They had an issue with arking. They didn't read the signs and they created a bunch of brouhaha but I was happy with the job.

Everything went great. They were great with working me in at the last minute. They were booked solid for the dates I wanted, however they told me that if there is a last minute cancellation they could work me in. There was a last minute cancellation and they did schedule me in, ended up being a very convenient time for me. Throughout the process the scheduling manager kept me posted and updated, which was great. On the day of service the two member team showed up ahead of time, and made sure everything was cleaned thoroughly, and didn't try to rush things. Overall it was a really good service and the team was professional, friendly and did a good job.

We used their special and like their services. We are not super picky but do like to have the place cleaned well. We have been using them for monthly clean since then. Very professional and efficient. Highly recommended if anyone is looking for such services.

They were on time and got straight to work. However, as soon as they came in they asked for paper towels and garbage bags. They used all my paper towels and my container of Lysol wipes without any knowledge. They cleaned for about an hour and 20 minutes (four hours divided by 3 people). My apartment is a two bedroom, two bathrooms, so it is not real big. They still were unable to finish cleaning (vacuuming was left incomplete and my sliding glass door was untouched by them) and bathroom mirrors still had spots on them. When they left, my outlets in the kitchen no longer worked and the dishwasher literally fell out of the wall. The ladies were friendly, but due to the issues, I will not use them again.

Sky Maids did a good job, but not an excellent job. There was a crew of three maids - one worked very hard, the other two moderately hard. The quality of the cleaning was good - especially in the bathrooms but only fairly good in the kitchen and living room.

They are very detailed and really try hard to do a good job. I hired them to clean my parents' house. It's huge and hasn't been properly cleaned for a long time. I hired them for a four hour cleaning, and they sent 3 ladies, so divided between the three of them, it was suppose to be a 1 hour 20 minute cleaning. That was not enough time to clean the entire house, so I asked them to focus on vacuuming and mopping the floors and do an overall cleaning. However, they meticulously cleaned the master bathroom and the kitchen area, and was able to squeeze in vacuuming the floors at the end. They went over by about 20 minutes to get that finished. I was impressed with their diligence and professionalism. While there was not enough time to clean the whole house due to how meticulous they are, I appreciated their efforts and would not hesitate to hire them again.

Great job overall. Great price overall. Not perfect, but pretty darn close.

Sky Maisd crew of 2 staffers plus the owner came out for initial deep cleaning that lasted four hours. they did a Nice job first time. BUT the follow-up visit was sub-standard, in other words not good. I had to re-make my beds and re-mop the bathroom floors. It was a waste. I talked to the scheduler/owner and she agreed to discount the NEXT service. No offer to discount the current sub-standard job. In light of this, I opted to find another company. I have a strong work ethic. On my job I deliver my best and expect the same of others. If you are like me, think twice about using this company. Otherwise you will be disappointed and exhausted correcting their work. My overall score of C takes both jobs under consideration.

It went very well. They didn't quite finish all three levels, but I expected that. There was more than could be done in six hours. Very professional and a great job.

Not quite as deep or detailed a clean as we would have hoped but still a great deal for $99.

This was a deal that was purchased for my parents' home. The main issue was that, although the company's cancellation policy is fair enough, it does not allow for emergencies. In our case, the home was flooded the morning of the scheduled cleaning (the water heater burst). All water had to be turned off, and a clean-up of the flood had to be performed. There was no wriggle room in altering the schedule of the cleaning even though there was no way for us to foresee this emergency. Even so, it worked out O.K., as we were eventually able to turn on the cold water. My mother heated water for cleaning, but the cleaning staff informed us that is would not be needed. That no hot water would be used to clean worried my Mother greatly. My parents' home is not overly large, and so I had requested two cleaners for three hours. I was never told that this was not possible, buy yet three staff came. Upon their arrival I was told that this was the crew, and so it would only be a two-hour cleaning. Because there is not enough space to fully occupy three people performing cleaning tasks I felt that the staff may have been under utilized. Overall the cleaning was very good. The staff were all perfectly polite, diligent, and extremely efficient. I was especially pleased with the way that they cleaned the floors and base boards. My mother had only just washed all the linens and changed the beds the previous day (despite my telling her it was included in the deep clean), so we told them to not do that. There was only one thing that the staff missed cleaning, which was the wall behind the fryer where grease collects. They did wipe down the rest of the kitchen walls behind small appliances, but simply missed this spot. It wasn't a perfect experience (which was not completely the fault of the service), but it was very good. I would purchase a deal like this again for my parents' in the future. Although my Mother has always been clean to a fault, her eyesight, arthritis, and other issues prevent her from raging a war on dust and dirt to the degree that she would like.

The cleaning of three professionals lasted at least 1 hour longer than I paid for: the owner of the company works with the crew and does not stop by the time paid rather when the job is done. I have never seen anyone being so proud of the quality of their work. I will hire them for closet organization as this is their specialty.

They do a very good job and its very inexpensive for this area.

The cleaning went very well. The scheduling was easy and they were punctual in arrival. The quality of the cleaning was very good.

They came in and went right to it. They did it very professionally. I was happy with the out come and I will use them again. The price was good.
