Overall, it was a fine interaction. They said they would be there "around 10am" but came at 10:55, which I don't really view as being "around" 10. They did a good job cleaning and got a lot done in the 2 hours for 2 people that my coupon covered. I was disappointed that they didn't mop as I had asked. I understand that they ran out of time, but that was the first item on my list of things I wanted to get done and it was really the only thing not done. That being said they were quick, efficient, and worked hard, so I would hire again.

The first time they came they had to do a deep cleaning, and I was pleased with the results. It went downhill from there. Just a lot of little details indicated that the cleaning efforts after that initial one were half-hearted. On their third visit they forgot to show and I had to call them. They rushed over at the last minute. We agreed upon a three hour window for the door code to be active to allow them entry. Several times they show up right as it was expiring and they might not have been able to get in. They regularly don't bother to reset the alarm when they leave. Furniture was put back in its "approximate" place, leaving me to spend time putting things back where they belonged. One visit the small blood drops my dog left on the floor from a small injury were still there after their visit indicating they don't always mop like they claim. If you leave containers of shampoo or body wash out that are almost empty they throw them away. They empty our mixed recycling into our paper recycling, forcing us to fish it all back out of the bin or they just throw the recycling away. The final straw was yesterday. Our home camera caught one of the crew take a glass out of our cupboard, get a drink of water, then place the used glass back into the cupboard unwashed. Also, one of my washcloths was used as a cleaning rag and left damp and wadded up on a wooden bench. All in all, not impressed.

It worked out excellent but I made a mistake because I should have hired them for 6 hours instead of 4 hours. The two women (Gloria and her team member) they sent were professional, courteous and just great.

We have been using skymaids for three years. They always arrive on time and do a great job cleaning. If anything is missed after a cleaning they are sure to correct it the next time they come. I have recommended skymaids to my neighbors and friends who now use them routinely.

They were efficient and professional. There was one medicine cabinet that obviously was not touched, but everything else looked good.

It never happened. We sent them our availability upon purchase. We called them, left several voicemails, and sent several emails. They never responded or scheduled our house cleaning. We are still trying to get our money back.

The first few cleanings were disastrous; subpar cleaning and not including all items we discussed. They washed my laundry with the detergent in the oxi clean compartment once and showed all blacks and whites together until there was no room for the dryer to operate. Over time, the cleaning got better. The crew was super courteous and did a good job after the learning curve. I liked those ladies! But then I realized I was overcharged every single week, first by $15 then by $30. It added up to hundreds of extra dollars I never agreed to pay. I emailed, texted, called, with no answer most the time and my pricing not being fixed. Finally the owner emailed me defending the charges and making false claims like 'we did extra ironing', 'oh, your price did not include this and that' even though our contract shows otherwise. No one even apologized to me for overcharging. In the end I gave up and successfully disputed extra charges with my card issuer. Every consumer has a right to pay only the agreed amount in a contract. When a business overcharges and is unresponsive to your objections, they're unethical. If it was not for Capital One's awesome Wallet app, I wouldn't even have noticed the charges and who knows how much damage would have accumulated.

The service went really well. The cleaners were professional and fast. I plan to use them again.
