The team was very professional and the garage is organized and clean - Very pleased.

Every other week the Sky Maids crew arrive promptly. They are always courteous and cheerful. They bring all their own products and equipment and leave our home looking exceptionally neat and clean. The owners of the company, Lauro and Leticia, are very easy to talk to, always accessible, and consistently checking in with me to make sure that I am pleased with what the crew is doing. Sky Maids Cleaning Services have definitely not only met, but exceeded my expectations for cleaning our home.

Sky Maids arrived at my house in a timely manner on October 24th and did an excellent job! They went above and beyond in their cleaning and attention to detail which I greatly appreciated. I?m currently 8 months pregnant and was preparing to host a large event later in the day so I was completely overjoyed to have my house sparkling clean from top to bottom! The Sky Maids deal was worth the price and I definitely plan to use their services again in the future!! Thank you so much!

They are always here just early, from their scheduled time, so they are VERY punctual. They are very polite, and just put their heads down and start getting things done and cleaned. Sort of like a military unit. They CLEAN everything. And they also will put items in laundry if happen to have something laying out, and make sure the dishes in the dish washer and the sink are done and put away. In addition, when I said clean, they CLEAN.. the dust, and even get the base boards. Every other week, their supervisor comes by, and they check everything and check with me. Very PLEASED with the service.

I bought the deal for 2 hours with 2 cleaners. Setting up the appointment was easy, and they did not have a long wait time like many other companies--I was able to schedule within a week. The cleaners came today and were very punctual and professional. I had already given them a priority list just in case they were not able to get everything done in the 2 hours. They got everything done in time, and did a very thorough job, even cleaning things I didn't necessarily expect (like the bottom of the dish drying rack which had admittedly gotten a bit dirty). The owner also was very quick to follow up after both the initial purchase of the deal and today's cleaning. After "auditioning" several companies over the past few months, I have been most impressed with not only the thoroughness of their work, but also the price, so i have already signed them up for regular biweekly service. I would definitely recommend them to others seeking a new cleaning service.

It turned out fine. I don't like that they use vacuum cleaners that are not clean. When they are dusty, they drop the dust on the floor.

They were punctual, explained exactly what they'd be doing, and then set to work. They did all that they promised and they did it quickly and well. After they were finished the owner explained that most of their work is cleaning houses, so I took the opportunity to walk him through the house to allow him to give me an estimate for cleaning the house at a later date. I am considering hiring Sky Maids to regularly clean our house. All in all, I found the Sky Maids an extremely professional, competent, and hard-working company; I was very favorably impressed.

This company has blown us away! The owner came out to give me an estimate and was so professional and personable. We scheduled our first deep cleaning and had it completed today. The staff was professional and courteous. We plan to use them for a weekly cleaning service.

Two cleaners arrived with all of their equipment and cleaning supplies. After very quick niceties one went to bedroom while the other started in bathroom. They cleaned everything including windows and blinds. The smell was wonderful. I can't wait to use them again. They finished just after two hours.

I was not very happy. It was average. Once they got in, I left my house. When I came back, they basically didn't clean my bathroom properly. They did bring their supplies with them. They finished up my entire paper towel roll. They did that without my permission. I did stay there for the first 20 minutes or so. They could have asked me about it. It was a bit of a minor irritant. They left some of their equipment behind like their gloves. They were late for almost half an hour. The cleaning was not up to par.

They did an awesome job yesterday. I hired them for a bi-weekly regular based service which I totally recommend. They came here in time, the costumer service was responsive and they did a great job overall.

Made appointment and they were supposed to show up. ?They called a couple times trying to get the address. ?Then ended up not making the appointment. ?I have called them several times to have the amount refunded that I paid for the appointment. ?They have not responded at this time.

Pros: Arrived on time. Asked me for the areas I wanted to focus on. Cleaned inside the stove well. Cleaned the windows well. Three cleaners came. They reimbursed me for the broken lamp. Management very responsive. I wanted my kitchen cabinets cleaned and later when I asked about them, she said they where done. My cabinets are tall I need to stand on something to clean them and the cleaning lady was a good 5 inches shorter than me and I never saw her stand on anything. Needless to say , when I ran my hand over the top cabinets, they had not been cleaned. There pace was slow the first 2.5 hours then they seemed to rush the last 1/2 hour. So they did not get to the dining room, which would have been fine if they did the focus areas very well, which they did not. They broke a lamp. (It was not expensive) Overall they did an average job but I have had better results from 2 people at a lesser cost. And being the first time I assume they were making an attempt to secure my business since I am looking for a regular company.

Overall, good, though they did miss some stuff.

Very well. They are also flexible in terms of doing some other part of the house in lieu of what they are scheduled to do. The owner is responsive to any questions or concerns and gets back to you right away.

The crew did a very thorough job, cleaning everything as detailed on their check list. The crew was very courteous and conducted themselves professionally. They worked steadily without wasting any time, and they were obviously trained and confident in what they were doing. Based on this experience, we have booked Sky Maids for bimonthly cleaning service.

They arrived on time and performed the work they were hired to do. The garage was cleaned perfectly, and all items (and there were a lot) were organized so we could actually have space for our cars. All shelves and cabinets were moved so the garage floor could be cleaned. A job well done.

They are amazing! I am very satisfied! they have arrived 5 minutes before the scheduled time. the three ladies were very nice and asked for what were my priorities. So they have started, two on the upper floor and one on the Kitchen. the lady which was in the kitchen has cleaned all the surfaces including the cabinets fronts, using a tooth brush to reach the cabinets corners. She has moved everything, cleaned inside the fridge and inside the oven, my cooktop looks like new. They have done the upstairs completely too, scrubbing deeply my bathrooms. They have worked hard and completed the job as I have asked. My floors are shiny and my house smells wonderful. This is the best cleaning service I ever hired. I highly recommend Sky Maids and for sure I will hire them in a near future for recurring cleanings.
