Excellent service.Ladies were very efficient and quick.

Deep clean for the initial visit - they did great, even hand scrubbing my bathroom floor. Hired them for monthly service - they do a very thorough job and the house is spotless. The owner even came on the first regular visit to assess the job and instruct the crew and was very professional. My only complaint is that on the second cleaning, they clearly moved things around and didn't put them back in the right places. So I suppose the crew could be more attentive to that - but the work was still very good.

The team of three arrived within the one-hour window they had specified. They cleared out the garage, cleaned it, and put things back pretty much where they had been before. They cleaned it well but didn't do much organizing, and they left half an hour earlier than we had discussed. That extra 1.5 person-hours of work could have made a difference to the state of garage, as there were wtill plenty of things they could have done there. It was a good job as far as it went, but it fell short of what we expected.

I had hired them to clean our rental property. However, the first time they came to the wrong address even though I sent him the address by e-mail. The second time they were so late our tenant had to leave for work after waiting for a long time. At this point I gave up on them cleaning the rental as time was of the essence. I ended up using them to clean our house instead of the rental. Again even though I texted written instructions to please not come before a certain time, they were early. I had to interrupt my meeting to rush home to let them in. All in all, the quality of their cleaning did not offset the aggravation and time lost. For this reason I do not anticipate using them again.

It was okay. Sometimes when I use those services, they really want me to get continued services. They really pointed out the really good stuff that they did. They stayed a long time, that part was good. The manager came and he was helping them do stuff but really I think what he really wanted to make sure was that whatever he wanted to point out to me was done extremely well and it was. They were very good with the detail but the overall cleaning was more important to me. I was very impressed with what he showed me but there were other things later that I thought they didn't touch. The price was definitely good. It was $85 and there were 2 people, and they definitely stayed the whole time. The quality was good. They responded okay but English was not their first language so that was a little bit of a hindrance. I work it out when I get the billing. They were right on time and they stayed their time or maybe a little bit longer. When I can't quite communicate exactly like I want, I get a little frustrated and they get a little frustrated. I will use them again. I thought they were very good.

I bought a package of three visits. One team come one time and another team came two times. They were polite and arrived in the time slot that was arranged. My house is small and mostly dusty. No real elbow grease needed.

They showed up on time and accommodated my particular requests. They did a great job and did it in a timely manner. I was thoroughly pleased. I believe I paid after the service was over. I am scheduling another appointment as I'm typing this.

They are incredible. Very detailed and thorough. They move furniture, get rid of all the dog hair in my house, clean the window. Basically, my house is spotless! I purchased a one-time deal, but have hired them for permanent house cleaning.

They clean our house with care and skill you would find at a 5-star hotel.

There were 3 ladies cleaning for 2 hours. First of all, they were late for more than 30 minutes. I needed to leave my work place to open the door for the ladies, and wasted more than 30 mins to wait for them. Secondly, they did not clean the closets which I emphasized at the very beginning. Thirdly, they left a pile of garbage on the floor of my basement. I took a picture of the garbage and called the contact person to complain about the service. The person responded in a good attitude, and promised to send the ladies back to finish their work. We made another appointment on December 15. The time we targeted was 2:30 pm, but I did not receive any call or email until 4:30 pm. Forget about it. I do not have another 2 hours to waste. Overall, the cleaning quality is acceptable, but wasting people's time is intolerable. I will not use their service anymore.

They did a very good, detail oriented job.

Showed up an hour early, but luckily I was home to meet them. There were three of them for a total of one hour for my one-bedroom apartment. They got right to work, did a great job, and very clearly had an effective and efficient system going. I'd use them again.

On time, courteous- very thorough job. House feels spotless!! Ladies worked very diligently. My only complaint was one of the ladies walked in and promptly asked me for paper towels- I said I didn't have any so she had to run back to her car to pick up some. Also, had a slight problem with scheduling although I'm certainly to blame for changing the date on them frequently. I'd definitely consider using them again.

There was a glitch in arrival time, as the provider took down the wrong address; as a result, they arrived over an hour late. However, once the team did arrive, they were very professional and did a great job. (And did apologize for the late arrival.)

Once again, Sky maids did an awesome job. I've already hired their services for a regular cleaning, but for this time i needed a deep cleaning. They were amazing as usual. I'm super happy with the services.

First of all, the cleaners didn't close the front door behind them! The bottom lock was locked, but the door wasn't pulled shut. When I arrived home, I saw that an upstairs light was on and wasn't sure if my fiancé was home or if I was being robbed! It was a little scary for a few moments. As for the clearing, I feel that the cleaners did a good job; although, the bathrooms could have used more attention. But overall, I got my money's worth.

They did an unbelievable job and exceeded my expectations. My place hasn't looked this clean since move in day.

I wouldn’t use them again. They were pretty quick. My concern was there wasn’t adequate cleaning. They used a rag to clean the floors without any cleaning solutions. There wasn’t anybody that speaks any English that good. It was an ok quick job.

Came with crew of three ladies so house was cleaned very quickly. Could have done a better job but wasn't bad.

cleaned 3 bathrooms, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, living, dining, entrance, halls. All excellent. Friendly. Highly recommend arrived on time.

We have now been using them for over a year and are still very satisfied with their quality of work and pricing. The owners address any concerns promptly and are flexible when we have to reschedule.
