I bought $199 coupon from Angieslist. However since I had more number of windows than the coupon price I paid $150 to get done all the windows. Provider came on time, did a thorough job. Very professional work . Easy to communicate with. Would not hesitate to recommend to others. Please be aware of they count big windows as 2. Very nice experience with Sky Maids.

It is the third time that I hire Sky maids' services and they keep on impressing me. I had them to come and clean my garage and they did an awesome job. They took everything out, dusted, vacuumed and even washed it. They also did a light organization and helped me to get rid of some old stuff. It was really amazing and my garage looks brand new! I am so ready for the spring/summer now thanks to Sky maids! I totally recommend!

I got an email from this company. They confirmed they would be out April 6th and they did not come. I called them and they apologized and said there was a mix up. So then on April 11 they sent out two very short ladies to clean our 3 story town house windows. They did not have a ladder. I give them my step ladder,but they still could not reach to top to clean the windows. I called the provider and complained. They said that they would send out some other workers on Monday April 18th. They have yet to show up at my house today.

Professional team of window cleaners appeared exactly on time; assessed all windows that needed to be done and went immediately to work. Excellent result. All windows sparkled. Quiet, efficient, with outstanding results.

The company did a great job, but I emailed them prior to the cleaning to request more time. They never responded, so they did not budget enough time to clean my entire home.

iIn general I am very pleased with the service, and I would use it agan. The two ladies that arrived were very professional and cordial. They asked me what were my priorities and expectations. They focused on the kitchen area, surfaces and bathrooms. The cleaning was very deep (inside oven, microwave, betchtop small oven, refrigerator) and thorough. They also cleaned the bathrooms and wipe all the furniture surfaces (chairs, tables, cabinets, bookshelves). At the end, they vaccum and then mop the wood floor. They began on time, and ended on time. My only complain would be that the products smell very strong, so I had to open the windows to vent the house. I guess that next time, I will ask for the eco-friendly products. Also, I wasn't contact later on by Sky Maids to schedule any other appointments or to see if I was happy with the service.

No one, including the original scheduler to the team of women who washed my windows, spoke English. I speak a tad of Spanish but communication was almost impossible. They started to pack up and go but I had to stop them because they had not done the outside of the windows. I had to show them how the windows opened so they could clean them properly. They had to redo the entire upper level of the house. They did not wash the screens as promised. What they did do was fine. They were as polite as possible, however.

They were punctual, and usually early, and did a thorough job cleaning my house. Three women came each time and quickly tackled cleaning all the rooms in my house. Very professional .

I have used them before and was very impressed. The only thing was they rushed through the 1/2 bath a bit and a plunger I had in there wasn't there afterwards. It may have been mistaken for trash.... They took care of 2 other requests I had which were pretty time intensive- cleaning my stove (which looked new when they were done with it) and the inside of my refrigerator. The only fault I could find is that they came later than I expected. I was not told on the phone of a 1 hour window plus some- but, because they brought 4 cleaners I got to where I was going on time-

This went very well! They actually arrived a bit earlier than expected on a Saturday morning. I asked them to concentrate on the bathrooms and kitchen on the top two levels, but they were so efficient, they even had time to mop the basement! I was quite satisfied and would use them again!

I purchased the $99 special, where I initially requested 1 cleaner for 4 hours, but was told it would be 2 cleaners for 2 hours (from 8-10a). I was ok with that as long as the jobs I needed got done; however, they sent 3 cleaners for 1 hr 20 min. I personally prefer less people in my house at once. It still was not a big deal, but it would've been good to have received notification in advance. They arrived to my home at 7:40a, which was earlier than expected (I wasn't aware it would be 1h 20min) but not a problem. They went straight to work after I walked through the tasks and handed one a written note of them. As a sidebar, my house isn't especially filthy at all and the cleaners were actually surprised when they came into the house. My needs are more of thorough cleaning-like, the grout in the tub, window sills, dusting the top of the fridge, blinds, etc. and areas I'm prone to miss simply because I am often short of time as busy as I get and having the extra help allows me to free my time to do other things. Everything on my list did in fact get done within the time frame, but there were some concerns. Most everything was "surface cleaned", in that when steam mopping the floors, they didn't lift the rugs or anything that may have been in the way and simply mopped around it. In one room, under the dresser and bed, it's still dusty. In one bathroom, the garbage was taken out, but she also didn't replace the can liner with another from the roll I had sitting under the bag at the bottom of the can-actually, she tossed the entire roll of bags out in the trash and I had to go buy more. While this is only $1 at Dollar Store, it just seems strange that you would remove a bag from the can and not replace it or think one should be there. Upon inspection before they left, I noticed that windows in one room were completely untouched so the ladies came back upstairs to do them. I know this was at the end of their shift, and I appreciate them coming back to handle it since it was overlooked. They left some paper towel on the floor in front of the window on the floor which I know was due to rushing to get out. My final concern is that so many things were moved around as they cleaned and were not put back. I had to literally go through the entire house and move back remotes, things on the counter, etc., which I would prefer not to do. The ladies all were professional and pleasant and I believed worked efficiently, just not as effectively as I would have liked. While my specific experience didn't meet my expectations, I do think the company itself is a good business. The company provided good literature, which I appreciate! I was handed a nice folder with lots of details, brochures and a magnetized calendar inside. When I initially purchased the service online through Angie's, I was promptly e-mailed and even a "heads up" phone call was made the day before service, which was awesome!

I've only used individual housekeepers in the past but I have to say using a professional cleaning company is the way to go. Both my husband and I were extremely impressed with the cleaning, they get an A++. The inside of my refrigerator and oven were also done, they have a list of all the areas they hit. We were very impressed with them and we certainly recommend them.

They came on time and immediately started cleaning, they did a great job., the house has never been this clean. They moved rugs and furniture and cleaned everywhere. Good Job!!!

From the start, Sky Maids had excellent communication. They were extremely friendly and their response time was short. I am very happy with the cleaning job that they did, very thorough. I've never seen our faucets shine like that before, and they even emptied our baby diaper genie which was a nice surprise!

Terrible. They were on time. Dusting consisted of moving things around to give the appearance of dusting. There was no attempt to clean hardwood floors - not even vacuuming. I sincerely want my time and money back.

I wasn't there, but my husband was. Everything was VERY clean when I got home from work, but he also said they were definitely trying to sell us on a regular cleaning package. Quality of cleaning was excellent.

This was a $99 big deal purchase. It was fine. I used them a few weeks after I purchased the deal. They did a good job. The only problem was they did not show up on time the first two times they came. They did a good job when they finally did. They did clean the fridge as extra because they were late or they didn't show up when they were supposed to so they did that for free. The price was great.

They are no good. The price is good but service is bad. They have to be on time and I was here waiting for them. They said they got wrong direction. Three people came here.

In the 3 months that the company came to the house, they never wet mopped a floor and never addressed any of the problems reported to them verbally and in writing. While asked to use white vinegar on all tile floors to protect pet paws, they never used it at all. they never mopped the kitchen, baths, or laundry room, They did only superficial cleaning....missed many surfaces of the furniture, did not dust all parts of furniture, lamps nor windows. The provider had specific instructions about using a particular product( white vinegar) on tiles floors to protect pet paws. In the 3 months that the company came to the house, they never wet mopped a floor. I gave verbal feedback for the first couple of visits(bi-weekly) and then left written instructions followed by a detailed text to the office manager. While they were always pleasant on the phone, but they never corrected any of the problems. floors were never wet mopped, window sills and sashes were not dusted ( some for the entire period!); the rungs on chairs were not dusted nor all parts of lamps. The fronts of pieces were dusted but not the sides or edges. Smears of Comet like product remained on the bath fixtures, food was left on stainless steel edge of kitchen sink, blood from a accident on Christmas Day has remained on my laundry floor and so on. While I hoped that things would improve, they only got worse. The last day they came to the house 2/3/16, their staff arrive about 1000 but when I returned at 1210 they were already gone. There is no way to clean my home in 2 hours with 2 women. However, this certainly explains why the cleaning had never been complete nor adequate after the first visit!!! Buyer beware.
