It was wonderful. The team of 3 ladies came in close to the expected time. I told them what needed to be done and they got right to work. They were moving so fast I couldn't get out of their way fast enough. I am sure that my house was so happy. I didn't expect much since I had a coupon. But they cleaned areas and things I didn't even expect. All I can say is when will you be back?

Sky Maids generally sends two personnel to my home every other week. They always arrive as scheduled. They are very pleasant and always do a great job. They clean both the ground level of my home as well as the upstairs level of my home. I have hairy dogs and they do an excellent job of cleaning my floors. The house always smells so fresh when they are done. I am very pleased with their service.

They were annoyingly late, yet barely acknowledged. I bought four hours of cleaning, yet they were "done" within 3 hours. On closer inspection, I find significant amounts of dust in places. Ultimately, they are quick, will do a job, but seem more like superficial rather than thorough cleaners.

Sky Maids did a wonderful job cleaning and rearranging in a fresh and welcomed way. I would use them again anytime!

I had Sky Maids come clean my apartment before a new roommate moved in - the cleaners were very nice and arrived in the time-frame I was notified of. The quality of the cleaning was decent, not great. My floors were not scrubbed, but just kind of gently mopped, some baseboards, doors, and windowsills were not completely cleaned, and the cleaners only stayed for 2/3 of the time I paid for. Some remnants of the cleaning products used were also left in multiple areas of my apartment which was a little unsettling.

Excellent! Best housecleaning service I've ever used. Three ladies showed up and after 90 minutes, my house of thirty years has never smelled or looked so clean. I definitely recommend them.

4 of them showed up and left without telling me that they are done and did really bad job cleaning and they left all the garbage in my front door. I never and ever going to contact them again.

This crew - two women- were wonderful! They worked non stop for the allotted time and did a very good and very thorough job. I highly recommend them.

Cleaning crew was kind , the scheduler makes you feel like they knew you forever , worked to get the day I needed and was very friendly. I have finally found them to do my reoccurring cleaning as well!

The first two cleanings went well, but when scheduling the 3rd cleaning, 5 weeks later, the owner claimed that he had been trying to contact me to say that they have changed things on their scheduling and that they can't keep skipping dates. The records on my phone showed that I didn't have any missed calls/texts. We had agreed to a cleaning every 6 weeks but he changed his mind and refused to pick up my phone call. Unreliable. Untrustworthy company.

Extremely good job cleaning our home with a professional staff that is always on time. The owner personally came to look over our home during the deep clean to make sure his staff could complete the work that was promised. Highly recommend.

The cleaning part of the operation went very well. The house was very clean and pretty. The problem I had was administrative. My water was turned off one day and they could not clean, but I was charged anyway. They had access to my checking account and debited my account for their fees. After two weeks and several telephone calls, the fees were refunded. The company reached out to me and made an effort to correct the problem. The fees were refunded and I am satisfied that we will not have any more problems of this nature. I did not want to change cleaning companies because I was so happy with the cleaning operation. The end result is that Sky Maids is still cleaning my house and I believe that the problems have been fixed.

They scheduled promptly, showed up on time with a 3 person crew. They did a good job--moved everything out of the garage except for the standing shelves and the items on them. Cleaned the cobwebs, scrubbed the floor and garage door exterior and put everything back in. I was happy with their work would use them again.

not good... I only assigned them to clean the two small bathrooms and kitchen... When I came back to the house the crew was gone and i noticed few unclean/dusty spots in the bathroom and kitchen... I discovered hair in refrigerator and also black mark outside the refrigerator... I was under impression that two people with two hours of work is enough to clean the area in details... not impress with their service....I also reach out the the company and they didn't get back to me....

It went very well. They arrived on time and went right to work. They cleaned, dusted, washed and vacuumed everything ready to move right in again.

It was great. The guys were on time, worked fast and were flexible as to how I wanted to have things moved and used great care not to hit my newly painted walls.

It's been one week since I paid and I still have not heard back from them to schedule the service. Have not gotten back to initial scheduling request via Angie's list, a direct phone call, and a direct email. Had to get refund they did not get back to me.

They do a great job cleaning bathrooms, floors, and offices. I have tried several different commercial cleaning companies, but they are not at all detail oriented. Sky Maids cleans very well, dusting baseboards, cleaning window sills, and the bathrooms are very clean and sanitized. With over 30 children using the bathrooms, it says a lot that they never smell. We have had some days when they come at different times, but when we communicate with the office the problems are solved. The cleaners speak little or no English, but we have been able to direct them with simple English and signs, plus we have Spanish-speaking staff which helps.

They arrived right on time and were enormously helpful and professional. Great service.

The Super Team arrived on time and went right to work. They were sure to check in with me at the mid-way point to make sure everything was going as planned. I would use this service again if I have a need.

The staff from Sky Maids arrived early. They worked quickly and cleaned all the rooms in our house. They cleaning was inspected by a supervisor afterwards. The quality of their work is incredible.
