Company never contacted me

They accurately diagnosed the problem, which had existed for several years, after several others were clueless and made short-term repairs. They gave us two estimates: repair and replace.. They contacted us when they had a cancellation and were able to do the work less than 48 hours after we made our choice to repair instead of replace. They were in and out in less than three hours, photographed the problems and sent the photos to us, cleaned everything out, patched the area that was leaking, reinstalled the shower unit and left after asking us to inspect to be sure everything was the way we wanted it. Great people to work with! I highly recommend them.

The finished product looks fine. I was not offered different options for shower door glass until I asked about it. They assumed I just wanted the standard door without discussing the variety of glass available. I chose a different option than the standard door after I asked to see different types of glass. I did not do a comparison search for prices because I wanted the work done. I thought the price seemed high for simply replacing shower doors. They did not always get back to me in a timely way when I left messages. Eventually, someone returned my call when I had a question. They also said they did not know they were listed on Angies List when I requested the Angies List discount. They did give me the discount, however, but seemed to know nothing about the stated discount not being on Angies List.

From start to finish - superb experience. Best value for money; honest; keep their word and their appointments; knowledgeable about different products and options. Excellent quality of work. Cannot recommend highly enough.
