After making request for service via servicemagic website...within 10 minutes the call came in from Seneca Creek Home Improvement, llc and talked to the owner. He gave me a quote over the phone was local so came right over and fixed the issue within minutes. It rained last night and the leak is no longer there, so I'm very happy. Jeff Leach called almost immediately to set up an appointment to review the problem with my roof. He came out to the house and reviewed the leak which was difficult to determine the cause. He spent quite a bit of time on the roof trying to assess where the leak was coming in. Jeff suggested the simplest solution first which was to caulk an area that may have been been the cause. He did not charge me for this visit. If this does not resolve the issue, I will definitely call Jeff back. He was very professional, and I would highly recommend him to anyone that needs roofing work.

They were very professional and prompt. Only took about half a day to re-shingle our entire roof. We are planning on using Seneca Creek again for other projects.
