Tim took the time to explain things and answered all of my questions. (And after I did some research on the CertainTeed and AirVent products, I had some questions.) He and I walked the roof and he took the time to point various features out. And the price couldn't be beat.

Jeff really takes the time to explain everything, to listen to your needs and to ensure that his quote is clear and complete. No one else did that during the quote process they focused on the big ticket items and gave me quotes with lots of add on lines for later.

Jeff addressed my concerns about water leaking through the door and corrected the problem with the new siding. A quality job well done.

The contractor took the time to understand the job before it was awarded. The job started within the stated time window . Materials were delivered on schedule. The start was delayed at my request when I expressed concern about high wind levels. The work went well and I am very satisfied with the result. I would recommend them highly.
