Delivery of materials had to be stored on ground instead of the roof, because the size of the truck making delivery weighed approximately 40,000 pounds, and between the delivery crew and myself it was determined that the truck should not be put on the recent built concrete driveway, only 4.5 inches thick.

Our home came with contractor grade shingles, some of which we lost with every significant wind storm. Having grown weary of frequently replacing individual shingles, we decided it was time to replace the entire roof. We took several bids and carefully checked out the reputations of several contractors. It turned out that the most cost-effective contractor was also of the most highly rated. That was Seneca Creek Home Improvement. We signed the contract on Saturday, took delivery of the shingles package on Wednesday, and had the roof completely installed by Friday. Great job at a good price!

Of all three contractors recommended by Service Magic Seneca Creek was the first to respond, gave a competitive price, so when the next guy gave me a higher estimate for exactly the same job, and the third guy never returned my call, there was no question about whom to hire. The job I needed done was rather big (roof replacement on a 5600 SF home, with many dormers and skylights), they have promised to do it in 2 days which made me skeptical, but ended up doing it in a day and a half, employing 16 (!) workers at a time. I have no complaints and highly recommend

i appreciated the level of effort needed to replace a roof. removed (the rotted and moldy roof deck) and added shingles with roof vents. i could not use the vented edges. Great price. nice folks.
