I reached out to Senate to receive a quote for pest control inside and out. The Inspector who came out was very professional, showing the utmost respect to all my needs and performed a thorough job. There first visit was as professional and extensive, meeting our requirements. Since this was just done, it's too early to comment on activity in the house but since Friday, nothng seen. Thank you Senate, all you guys are great! I will be recommending when/if needed.

They came the day I called and inspected the house. The tech showed up the next day and set up traps. He will be coming back, so it's early and I can't account for the effectiveness, but I appreciate how fast they responded and deal with things.

Steve was excellent and showed great care and detail attending to my rodent control issue in my backyard. He explained his services very clearly and applied mesh around the perimeter that looks professional and treated the windows and exterior in addition.

We recently had a disappointing experience with Senate Termite & Pest Control. The technician visited our property today to check the monitoring stations, but unfortunately, the job was not completed to a satisfactory standard. Three cartridges were left outside the station, and several covers were broken and not replaced. No report was issued following the visit, leaving us in the dark about the status of the monitoring and any necessary actions. Given this lack of professionalism and incomplete work, we are strongly considering terminating our service with Senate Termite & Pest Control. We expected a more thorough and responsible approach to pest control and maintenance. At this time, we cannot recommend this company.

They came out late for the 1st initial service and they didn't finish the service properly as it stated. They was running late twice and I had to reschedule. They didn't put all the rat traps down and they attempted to just clean the webs because it was not done efficiently the 1st time. They were late for that appointment and still didn't finish the work. Do not sign a contract with them i asked them can I get out but I am waiting on a manager to contact me so can cancel without half the fees charged for the remaining of the contract DO NOT GET THEIR SERVICE.

Signed a contract 1 week ago and not a good beginning. The 1st service didn't live up to what I was told they would do, and communication has been frustrating. I changed to Senate Termite because they did a great job with a termite problem I had in the Spring, but now having 2nd thoughts about signing a year long contract for rat abatement.

Might be worst service of any kind I've ever experienced. Charged $399 to treat a yellow jacket nest behind exterior on side of house with a "90 day warranty". First service, 3 days after calling, they spent a few minutes spraying. This had negligible effect on nest. Called them 3 days later as instructed if still an issue. 3 more days and they came and sprayed a foam along seam that insects were entering/exiting. This kept insects from re-entering nest, but also seems to have trapped others inside wall, and they found a way to start entering the basement. Called the next day and told them situation with over a dozen yellow jackets I had killed in the house in 1 day, with more live ones, and needed someone to come out that day. They couldn't care less and put me on their schedule for 10 days later. Told them unhappy with service and wanted refund- which they refused. I would have been better off never having them come out, not to mention saved $399.

Technicians are very helpful & courteous but the people who answer the phone have absolutely zero customer service skills or knowledge of how to do their job. Had squirrels in my attic and 4 months after Senate was contacted to get them out and install new installation in the attic the squirrels were back. Upon finding out they were back I immediately called Senate to see about having somebody come look at the attic again and to explain to them that I just had work done for this problem not long before this. I was told by lady who answered that her computer wasn’t working so she would take my info and have somebody call me back. I waited a week and never herd back from anyone then I tried to call again myself multiple times and still never herd back from anybody so I had to physically drive to their office and speak to somebody in person to finally get some help. Then this morning (09/10/24) somebody was suppose to show up at my home at 10:40 am to check the traps that are in the attic again. It got to 11:30 am and still nobody had shown up or called so I called senate to see what was going on and I was told that it was a 2 hour window from 10:40-12:40. When I tried to explain that that wasn’t what the employee from yesterday told me and that somebody had been waiting around at my house for the last hour I was met with attitude and told “ that I’m telling you now “. I’m not sure how employees don’t tell somebody the right information and then instead of owning up to their mistakes just want to take it out on the customer. Between what seems like a lack of urgency to help after the problem wasn’t fixed correctly the first time and absolutely horrible customer service/communication skills I would recommend going somewhere else if you have a pest control problem.

The technician was friendly and knowledgeable. He sprayed more areas than other technicians had before, which was a plus. Steve did an overall superb job!

Had them coming to deal with the problem of ants in my kitchen. So far no sight of ants returning! The technician, Denzel, was very knowledgeable and sprayed every corner of my house.

Excellent experience and customer service

Senate came back for the 2 week follow up , their technician Shaun was great, did a thorough job servicing the area and explaining preventive care with storage of food.

They were hired for extermination. They did a review of the property and recommended the appropriate action to rid property of pest. We removed all existing junk from the attic. They performed their service and we have a monthly maintenance program. The service is working well.
