Senate Termite and Pest Control

The representive did not explain what we were facing. They did not even rid our home of the bugs by 30 days. Therefore it cost us more money because we had to hire another company. Our holidays are ruined.

Do not hire them. They will charge your account but fail to show up for the treatment!

Chris was prompt, pleasant and very knowledgeable. He also took the time to show me pictures of what to look for in the future. I would recommend this company to anyone who may be in need of this type of service.

They were knowledgeable and professional and were able to schedule our termite treatment quickly after our initial assessment. They were also the least expensive of the three estimates we got.

There was confusion regarding my treatment day. But it worked in my favor. I was able to get treatment on the day they called. Treatment was done professionally and quickly. Three items were left behind ( one glove, spray can and wood pole). Other than that, everything was fine.

The customer representative, Kris, was honest and open about the costs and included information about other similar companies. We did have a second estimate and, as we had been informed, the cost was much higher for fewer services.

The representative who presented the plan was professional, knowledgeable and on time for the appointment. The service technician was on time and performed the tasks as agreed upon. I would use this company again. One little negative experience. Upon completion of the work the technician asked to use the bathroom to wash his hands and to use the facilities. I have lovely guest paper towels in the bathroom. He failed to used them and dried his hands on one of my guest towels that were on display. I would like to see the company provide anti-bacterial towels and paper towels to their staff. Overall, I was very pleased with the procedure.

Tech. Was surprised he was at our home for a mice problem and not to only spray for bugs. One week after first appointment a new tech showed up to spray outside of property for bugs. It seems like they are very confused and not sure I would recommend them to friends.

so far so good, no more ants! They called right away, they came when they said they would come and the price seemed reasonable. Great experience.

There could be nothing better than having a reliable source of sanitizing and cleaning your attic. It's Senate for us; they have been with us for over a couple of years now. And frankly, their insulation installation has simplified our lives in such a healthy way. Their system boasts of a large capacity vacuum actually & it has just helped us remove the contaminated insulation from our place. Would recommend!

Senate sent Jeremy Gose who was thorough and very concerned about doing a good job.

Spoke to Kris on phone about STC's quarterly pest control program. He told me it was $90 per quarter. When I met with him to sign the contract, I learn the initial treatment would be $195 and then after that it would be $90. I feel he should have told me about this $195 charge while we were on the phone. It was a total coincidence when I learned another family member had just signed a quarterly pest contract with Kris. When I looked at their contract, there was NO initial fee, just $90 quarterly payments. Have lost trust in this company and will not be renewing contract when one year is up.
