Senate Termite and Pest Control

The team did not replace the attic baffles which was a part of the contract. Also, the sales person said they would remove the rolls of fiberglass insulation and replace it with an epa approved green cellulos insulation. The salesman did not write up the removal of the fiberglass rolls and they were not removed. I called the salesman and complained about the failure to replace the bagels he said he would call me back after checking the contract which did not happen.

The estimator Jerome was thorough and the rodent control was thorough as well. They were up-front about pricing and what their services would be. I am satisfied.

Went out of way to ensure mice & bugs carpenter ants, spiders were more than treated.

They were quick to respond, quick to set the trap, quick to pick up the rodent. However, after three days I have not heard from them and they were supposed to reset the trap in case there were additional rodents. I do believe that the cost could've been a bit less, but it may be par for the industry.

The staff was very kind, polite, patient and thorough.

I scheduled the appt thru Home Advisor but Senate did not show. They stated they never heard from Home Advisor about the appt. Senate was excellent in customer service recovery. Disappointed in Home Advisor.

I hired this firm to treat the many insects around my house, including carpenter bees. These bees are quite tricky to deal with and required two separate trips. On each location, the workers from Senate control arrived promptly and worked in a very professional manner.

This review is based on preventive pest and termite control services for my home. Service was on-time and very professional and knowledgeable. Technicians took the extra time to explain exactly what to expect and I was reassured that I could call them anytime after the visit for further treatments since due to snow they were not able to spray the outside. So far, very pleased compared to former company.

Called them to exterminate mice, and they naturally upsold me to treat the house for termites too (which wasn't my plan...) I haven't seen a mouse since they were here though, so I will trust that no termites will show up either...The salesman who came out was VERY Knowledgeable and professional, and the technician who came to do the work knew all about mice and their habits! Definitely feel like this was an excellent call!

Very professional, even took into account that my dog was terrified of the machine they used to do the required work. Everyone was friendly and I have a few upcomingprojects that I will use them on in the future. Would definately recommend this company.

Chris very helpful on the phone setting up the inspection for my mouse problem. They came out the next day to do the service and the technician was on time and professional. He took his time reviewing the service I was receiving and setting up interior and exterior traps at my home. Afterwards I got a callback from the office to make sure I was happy with everything and to see if I had any questions. Great customer service!! Would highly recommend! They were great.
