I was very happy with the entire job. They answered all of my questions very clearly. They explained what they were going to do and how they were going to do it. When they finished, they showed me everything they had done and where it was dione. I feel that not only that my termite problem is in the process of being controlled but that I also have an understanding of termites and how they do their damage. All parties that I worked with communicated very openly and clearly.

The consultation went great and he was very knowledgeable and professional.

I was disappointed that when I made the appointment to have my house checked for termites so I could get a clearance, they didnt say anything about how much it might cost if they found even one sign of termites, which they did but it was old.

We had two yellow jacket nests in large raised beds that needed to be removed. There was some confusion on the front end of scheduling and the appointment. But a phone call to office squared it all away and the they ended up removing four yellow jacket nests from two sites. They're efficient and very committed to getting it right. If we need this type of service again, we'll definitely call Senate.

We had a bunch of bugs in the house that we bought. After one visit, the bugs are gone.

Removed a hornets nest, was glad to have someone else do it.

Update: I spoke with either the manager or owner, who was very willing to work with me to help resolve this issue for both parties involved. I am satisfied with the outcome. Thank you Crystal J. [Consumer name withheld at their request] On May 30, 2018, I had an initial inspection for rodent activity. I explained to the technician I was trying to sell the home. An of course during the inspection the technician determined I had termites on my fence and on some wood outback. He stated that he had to report it and it would be difficult to sell my home without termite treatment. He quoted a price of $1225 with a treatment saying this is the cheapest quote I would receive. I scheduled the treatment for June 5, 2018 because the technician stated he did not have the proper chemicals, time, or equipment to start the job. I called today to cancel the service because I found two companies will to do this service at a cheaper cost. I was told that the technician had already started treatment and they could only take off $200. I don't appreciate this companies dishonesty and the scare tactics they use to generate business. Do not start work without my consent I am appalled and will be writing the BBB.

The representative presented himself in a professional matter. He did arrive 35 minutes early that was a . At first he stated it was not need to come inside, he stated it is only need to spray the outside around the house. But I explained to him that was not what we were told we would like the inside sprayed to. Without any reluctant he agreed and completed the work order.
