I had nothing but poor experiences with this company from multiple cancelled appointments, no shows, having ants in my house right after a spray, and worst off Nick, who I thought was a manager, but I guess he is a vice **something** there. Very rude and unprofessional. He I as sure to be one of the many reasons this company does not succeed. His responses are condescending and rude. The last issue I had, Nick responded **we are trying to help you as much as possible but you need to keep a clean home, so bugs do not continually come into it** his words. I know he was trying to insinuate my home is not clean, which it is, because he wanted to deflect what poor customer service they have. I highly recommend you go elsewhere. This was not just one bad experience I had, which is why it would be a disservice not to let others know.

Sales rep. Jeremy, was super qualified, easy to talk to and provided clear and convincing answers. Workers were thorough and listened to my info about our rodent problem.

Senate representatives stayed in contact with me from start to finish. They provided updates and checked on me to see if everything was okay. Very thorough and professional staff. A very pleasant experience. Both representatives arrived on-time and were respectful of my home. I felt at ease. I highly recommend them.

Jeremy was very pleasant had had a good understanding of the work provided, the nature of the problem, and explained it very well. He performed the job immediately, with good results. However, some ants infection is still apparent. But I was advised that they would return in between treatment as need. I will follow-up with company.

Great customer service. Offered several options to solve my issues. Love that they guarantee their work and also offer annual maintenance to make sure rodents don t return! I am looking forward to working with them through the next year!
