I reached out to home advisor for pest control and I selected Senate Pest Control. The manager was very professional, honest, and helpful. The technician was punctual and professional. I am very satisfied with the service and the pest control issue I’ve had is resolved.

Senate Termites representative, Jeremy Gose, arrived on-time, was very professional, surveyed the entire area and completed an analysis of what's needed to rid my home of termites. Jeremy sat with me and explained how termites were affecting my home and devised a long term solution for Senate to rid my home of these uninvited guest. My plan is to use Senate to meet my termite needs.

I hope to see them back next year. Just for an inspection. Lol

Was at my wits with seeing field mice mostly during winter in my home so kept trying to find a solution and Senate gave me this to fully re.ove my issue. Other companies offered box temp solutions but was able to get the removal. Very professional, cared for my property during removal and installation of their pest control installation and very systematic . Pm was in contact with me and I was able to see debris and imagined the crters also sucked out in a huge vacuum. Not transparent to see but did know they were in the tube and permanently removed. maintenance for any remaining would be handled with new thick pest control insulation. My electric bill will be great also. Thanks Senate!

Thankful to have found these guys through HomeAdvisor. Probably wouldnâ t have otherwise. Great service and totally reasonable price point for dealing with a rodent issue plus quarterly bug treatments to boot!

Did not try to up-sale me, expensive is some products but cheaper in others.

They got rid of the ants and bugs, but my main concern was mice. When I contacted the company, I told them the technician needed to be prepared to move the stove and refrigerator to ensure there were no entry points behind those appliances. The first technician came alone, and of course, he was unable to move anything. He placed his baits and told me the mice would eat the poison and die. In the meantime, I killed about 6 mice with regular wooden snap-traps. I contacted the Senate and asked that they send someone else out that would be prepared to move the appliances and find out how the mice were getting into my house. The guy shows up claiming he is doing an inspection. Checks their bait traps, and points out a couple of places he feels I need to have a Contractor come and address. I was able to get him to patch one area underneath the steps that seemed to be a potential entry point from next door. He was very reluctant to do so. However, he was not prepared to move the refrigerator. A few weeks passed and I was still seeing evidence of mice. As the weather began to cool, I saw more. I contacted another company and had someone come out. This gentleman came alone and was unprepared to move the refrigerator. However, I insisted he makes it happen. And when it was finally moved, voila...a huge hole was behind the refrigerator. The hole was there for the water line to the refrigerator. Considering the amount of money Senate charges for their services, their technicians should be prepared to check for all entry points. Behind the stove and refrigerator are known entry points, and their technicians were not prepared on two separate visits to my home, even though I specifically asked for them to be ready to move those appliances.

This company was well informed and put effort looking for entry points and fixed the areas that were giving easier access. They were very reassuring that if one bait didnâ t work they would find one that did. Their time knowledge and confidence was reassuring especially since my first experience with a kind but not effective pest control company was frustrating .

Chad came out for inspection of the area needing treatment. He gave clear, honest observations and when it was time to choose a product application there was no double talk or confusing contracts. It was taken care of as expected and well done.

Jeremy G. came by my home. I really appreciated he was on time. He was very thorough and very professional. He did a great job explaining everything to me. I feel he gave me all the information I needed to make an inform decision to go with their company without the aggressive sales pitch. I would highly recommend Senate.

Signed up for a ONE YEAR plan and paid in advance. After a year I had made other arrangements. They started charging my credit card WITHOUT my permission and when contacted they refused THREE requests to show where I had signed anything agreeing to ongoing charges. They responded. If you read the contract you had signed, it continues at $100 per quarter forever unless you let us know you no longer want to continue the pest control service. That is unbelievably obnoxious and they still REFUSE to show me a document where I agreed to endless payments. STAY AWAY.
