The exterminators were so professional, from the preliminary quote through the final treatment and follow-up with customer service. Of the four quotes I gathered, Senate was also the best value.

After 6 months with the other guy (Orkin) the problem was getting worse. After one day of a treatment by Senate a major impact on problem. Senate has been out three times and repeated treatments as necessary. We no believe that we will beat this problem.

The service receive by our technician was excellent and patient while we made final adjustments before he was able to come into our home to address our pest problem.

Overall, this has been a positive experience. We had a mouse problem and were able to get Senate to clean out our attic / install new insulation within a few days. This prompt service was greatly appreciated. However, it took another full week until someone came out to place bait stations, which means we had an additional week of stress in which some mice had been trapped in the house and nothing we could do about it. Senate did not send anyone out with bait stations or to remove live mice I had trapped on my own. This was extremely frustrating. Once a tech did come and place bait stations, all signs of mice were gone after about 1 week. I wish Senate had been more responsive / available to remove live mice from my house when I called, but it seemed like they did not have enough staff "on call" to send out. I also wish they had brought bait stations initially when they cleaned out the attic. It took about 2 weeks after the attic clean out for mice to be gone. This was very stressful. However, we are now a few months out and have not seen any further signs of mice. I appreciate the regular check ups by Senate. They have returned monthly to check the bait stations inside and outside the house. I would hire Senate again, but now I would insist that bait stations be brought at the beginning of service.

The employees are nice. Time is needed to assess whether or not the issue is handled. More guidance could be provided about when regular maintenance and visits should be scheduled.

The recurring contract saves you a ton of money and headache. Since weâ ve been under our service contract we havenâ t had a single issue with rodents, and scheduling bait replacement has always been convenient and done on our time, not whatâ s convenient for the company. Strongest of recommendations.

The technicians that come out are top notch. When the first guy came out he was friendly, courteous, personable and quite knowledgeable and thorough. For the follow up visit, they did not send the same technician and I didn't think I would have the same rapport or get the same type service as the first technician but he was just as good, quite thorough and was in and out. I had a great experience with this company and will work with them again for sure.

Senate has just started the service. I will continue to evaluate their services as we progress through this 1 yr. contract .
