Called this company to take care of moles that were making tunnels in my back and side yards. They came when expected and explained everything that they were going to do. And after the treatment they told me what they did, what was found and answered any questions that I had.

Senate, although a larger company, functions in a very personal, one-on-one basis with each customer to resolve pest issues. Everyone there tries to be helpful , from the billing dept to the ones who treat your house. Folks take the time to connect with you, explain to you how things work and what to expect. I certainly feel like they're part of my team.

Also far so good. Seems to have solved the problem. They'll be back next week for a follow up. This is good.

He came in like..."The Pro that he is" he explained everything that he was doing, showed me areas of concern, explained the difference between a carpenter ant vs termite, what they look like, there different life styles, where and how they thrive, and what to expect after treatment. I also learned through his advise that, the home owner also plays a vital roll in home ownership by, becoming a "Mini Pro" as the seasons change, to inspect there property often. I appreciated all that information. Finally, I'd like to thank Chad for his patience, understanding, and excellent listening skills. He quickly solved an issue with a discount that had not been applied. He was soft spoken which made you feel as a customer, It's okay to have a concern. Tech was very patient and efficient. We talked over my concerns and he went to work. Took care of inside and outside of my home. Follow/ups have been consistent and address any of my concerns.
