I was expecting this job to take more than 10 minutes he was in and out?week later still have the same problem Has to come back in two weeks to spray again

I had an active bee's nest inside a house eve, a wasp's nest hanging outside the house, and a wasp/hornet's nest at the top of the second level of the house. All of them needed to be removed. Richard came quickly to provide a fair estimate and schedule the work. The work was done quickly and on time. I was supposed to be there to tell the exterminator where things were but an emergency drew me away. Richard's notes were so good, the exterminator was able to take care of the work. When I returned home all three nests had been dealt with. The areas were all cleaned to the best of anyone's ability short of elbow grease on a ladder scrubbing the areas. I wait to write reviews to give the service or product a chance to show how it will be over time. Long story short, everything Richard said would happen over the first few days happened. I am pleased with their work and would hire them again.

I am waiting for (2) of the 4-month mice trap inspections/removalre-installation; but I know they will take care of it.

I received a call immediately after my inquiry and I scheduled an appointment. The technician arrived on time. The service date was scheduled. The pricing is competitive. The technicians were knowledgeable and professional.

Even though I canceled in writing in 2022, I continued to receive and be charged for service into 2023. I thought it was resolved, but service reminders continued. It took me 3 months, multiple calls, and multiple emails before I was able to cancel all services. I do not recommend this company.

After estimate it took longer than I thought to get someone out to treat. But since it was almost 20 feet up where they had to get to for safety reasons it required 2 technicians (understandable) First time they arrived it started raining very hard, so they couldn't finish and had to reschedule...Second time they were actually early arriving, went to work and had it done in about half and hour. They scheduled a 2 week follow-up to recheck and seal to intrusion point. The day after they treated for the Bees we saw no activity. so far very satisfied with results. Waiting for the sealing.

I was satisfied with the one-time mosquito treatment they conducted; it was effective. I gave them 3 stars, though, because the service overall was just average. I would've given more stars if: (1) they had sent an email or SMS to confirm the appointment date/time we'd agreed on over the phone; (2) the technician had arrived on time (within the 3-hour window they gave me), or at least sent a status update on the revised ETA; (3) had provided some information on the treatment, such as when it would be safe to go into the back yard where they sprayed the chemicals, or when we can water the lawn next without disrupting the treatment -- I tried to talk to the technician, but he just nodded when I came outside and never turned off the machine, then left immediately after spraying; and (4) had a more efficient payment process -- they took my credit card details when I booked it, saying the service costs $69, so I thought I'd paid in advance, but then got a bill afterwards; in the end, it was fine cuz I wasn't double-charged, but could've avoided some back-and-forth and been clearer in communicating about the process.
