I rented a house in Arlington and upon moving in discovered that there was a pretty serious rodent (mice) problem. I called Senate immediately (based on their great reviews) and they did not disappoint. Professional, competent and willing to go the extra mile they helped me manage this problem for the two years I was in the house. If I had owned the house they would have worked with me to identify the repairs and countermeasures necessary to completely combat the problem. I give Senate my highest endorsement.

Provider was patient in waiting for us to be ready. They worked in breaking up the payment to fit our finances. No bugs anymore inside. Thank you. Just be sure to call and ask for the prep sheet as soon as you agree for their services so you have enough time to prep your home because they may not send it until you ask like it happened to us.

Rich was awesome. He came out quick, ahead of time, was super thorough & explained exactly what was going to happen then carried it out exactly like he said he would. He eliminated a large in-ground yellow jacket nest beside my patio & pool that was a hazard to my allergic wife, kids & pets. Super grateful and he was a pro through & through.

Very knowledgeable and competent. Our spider and ant problem has gone away. When leaving our house after we signed the contract, Senate noticed a congress of beetles outside our and took care of that on the spot as well!

A wonderful company. We met with Jeremy and he explained what we needed to do for our rodent problem. The technician came out today to put traps around the backyard. He was very knowledgeable very helpful and very polite. The price is good and I would recommend this company to anyone that is looking for pest control.

They did a good job, but they tried to upsell us and exaggerated certain things to sell us hard on the need for their services. Just try and get quotes from more than one company.

My problem with the raccoons was solved within three days although I paid for two weeks. I wanted a fee refund reduction but didn't get it.
