R&L Pressure Washing

Description of Work: R&L pressure washed my brick, along with some concrete areas that needed cleaning.

Description of Work: The service provider came to my house and after setting up their power wash machine the provider said he could not wash my house because my house had low water pressure and it would ruin his machine. He said that we would have to get a refund because he could not do the work.

Description of Work: Mr. Ortiz was very professional and eager to complete the service. However, in order to provide the service I would either need to make repairs at my residence (an additional cost to me) or he could increase his service (an additional cost to me) which I am not prepared to do in the near future. I prefer to contact Mr. Ortiz when I have made the necessary repairs at my residence. I am not certain when this will occur since the repairs are only a priority if I utilize Mr. Ortiz's services.

Description of Work: First, the company lost my telephone number, which I should have taken as a clue. Then, when the scheduled appointment time came, the service provider was three hours late. The service to be provided was whole house exterior power washing, but upon arrival (three hours late) the service provider did not want to include the front entrance steps or the back of the home which he said was an unincluded "home extension". By this point, we were not interested in having any services performed by a company we could not trust for other services and an ongoing relationship.

Description of Work: Overall I don't have any major complaints. I did feel the appointment times being offered by the service provider were a little few and far between which is what held up the process in the first place. We could not find a date and time that would work with our schedule. I was also told that the service would require an outside water source which seemed odd since that would run up our water bill. Shouldn't the service provider has a different setup? Maybe that's just how it is I don't know. In any case, since we've done some plumbing work on our home recently, we no longer have an outside water source. Instead of waiting to schedule weeks or months down the road, I'd rather just get a refund.
