R&L Pressure Washing Painting and Decking

This was the second time I used R & L and I was very pleased with the process and outcome both times. Moved everything off the deck prior to pressure washing. Came back the next day to replace 5 rotted boards. Returned the third day to apply two coats of stain. Came back a final time to put furniture back on deck.

My house is two level colonial house with over 4000 sq ft. The owner quoted me $400 because it's a bigger house. He won't do the front stoop stating that is additional for another $25. I said no and then he said he did it anyway. He kept saying it is a lot of work but actually two men finished the job in two hours. The exterior does look cleaner than before for most part. I don't think I will rehire this company again unless I have no better choice.

Very professional and efficient. Contracted to have them do the exterior of my house and was so impressed I asked them to do my composite deck. Without asking they also pressure washed my deck furniture. It only took them an extra five minutes or so but I thought it was a nice touch. They used a chemical first and then pressure washed. This system seemed to me to use a lower pressure than I was used to seeing which eliminated any possible damage.

Had such a great experience with the full home washing, that I called as soon as the weather warmed enough to have my Ipe deck washed and oiled. For anyone with an Ipe deck, this is not your standard spray on of stain, the oil finish has to be worked into the grain of the Ipe in order to achieve a lasting finish. This is a tedious and labor intensive task, especially with the detailed lattices we have on our deck. Turned out beautifully oiled, looks like the day it was built. Absolutely professional and hassle free, wouldn’t hesitate to use again. Effortless scheduling and execution.

I sent an email through Angie's List for the deal-within 5 min I had a response they could be there the next day. I wanted extra done beyond the deal on Angie's List deal - they provided a quote within minutes. They arrived early for the appointment-awesome. They did the job so well a neighbor asked about what I had done to make the house and drive look like when we move in 25 years ago!! They even did the outside of the gutters which were dingy with black spots. Everything was white again! Excellent work and very professional guys. Would hire again and recommend 100%.

We selected Luis Ortiz to power wash the siding, front porch and driveway of our home from a list of vendors based on his positive reviews and Grade A rating on Angie’s List. The reviews and rating were spot on. Mr. Ortiz did not disappoint. He provided prompt, courteous and excellent professional power washing service for a reasonable price. Our home looked brand-new after the work was completed.

Overall the power washing work was acceptable but created water damage of some tools and equipment after a power washing service that flooded the garage and the laundry room, they did not took the responsibility to wash out the area even did not alert or warn us about the effect of the power washing. They entered the house with dirty feet and messed up the house floors and bathroom with dirt and mud, and did not even cleaned up the house floors and the bathroom. The worker's name Luis Ortiz, does not accept the responsibility of flooding the garage and the laundry room, and refuse to clean the house floors, carpet, rug and the bathroom floors, They are very unprofessional and should never be trusted to do a power washing job for your home. They did not warned us about a window being open during the work or even some door clearance from the floor.

The job was excellent, service professional and prompt, and at a reasonable price. I highly recommend hiring Luis and will certainly use him again

Oh my goodness!!! From the initial call, Mr. Ortiz was very professional and knowledgable. I called on a Monday and had the services completed on Tuesday. My contractor sent me a text telling me that the company did a fantastic job!!! I am going to use them again for another property within the next couple of months. You will not be disappointed.

They arrived when they said they would and did a great job. No complaints. Patio looks great. The siding had some mildew on one side and that is now gone.

Luis and his assistance did an excellent job. The house had not been cleaned in years and had a lot of green mold on it. After they were done it looked brand new. They arrived on time and were extremely professional. They power washed my one level house and cleaned about 20 windows, inside and out.

Went perfectly. They answered the phone right away and scheduled the appointment to come and do the work within a few days. They arrived early and got it all done quickly. One person cleaned the insides of the windows while the other powerwashed and then the window person followed behind and cleaned the outsides. The price was reasonable for both the house and the shed.
