R&L Pressure Washing Painting and Decking

We are very pleased with the work that R&L Pressure Washing LLC did on our deck. They worked with us to stay within our budget and we know have a deck that is usable and beautiful. R&L staff were very courteous and always on time. They completed the work within the specified time frame and cleaned up the area after everyday they were on the job. We have recommended them to several neighbors already. All in all, we had a great experience with R&L Pressure Washing and recommend them highly!!!

The work was done efficiently and completely. They ended up being a few hours late for the scheduled appointment because of a thunderstorm delay but they were communicative and came over way after their normal business hours to make sure the job was completed.

My deck was grey and dirty but R & L power washed deck and restored it - it looks fresh and the wood restored. With all of our rain this spring, R & L was great - keeping in touch and finally came out on a Sunday to get the job done. With sanding and seal, the deck looks fantastic - far better than I had imagined it would. Great company - very reliable and dedicated to good service.

I purchased a deal for deck pressure washing and sealing. However, when Luis and a colleague arrived, I let them know I was more interested in a deck washing/staining instead of the sealing. Luis was able to work out a fair price, which I agreed to. Luis and his colleague were very professional and nice. They took their time and were thorough. My deck was noticeably nicer after just the wash alone. Several days after the wash (and when it was no longer raining), they returned to seal my deck. I came home to a beautiful sight! I highly recommend them; you will not be disappointed.

They applied bleach to the entire house first and the washed it all off. They treated some of the areas a second time as those areas were really dirty. The house looks great now. Excellent work.

We didn't actually have any service completed, but I wanted to leave a review because Luis was excellent to work with. He was super responsive and flexible. If I need any work in the future, I will definitely call Luis.

Purchased a Big Deal through Angie's List. The Big Deal did not specifically state it was only for vinyl siding only ( as some of the other Service Providers Big Deals did say vinyl only and were cheaper) . He pressure washed a 1/3 of my house and stated the Voucher should have said vinyl only. He then very quickly packed up and drove away not interested in finishing the job or discussing the issue any further.

Crew arrived promptly. Mr. Ortiz was very professional and courteous. House looked beautiful. I would highly recommend this company

They were responsive and quick to schedule and complete the work requested. All areas around my two story home and backyard shed were cleaned thoroughly and rinsed. They did an excellent and professional job. The cost was very reasonable for the size/height of my home and shed.

The house looks great. I called back about having some touch up work done and the owner was extremely responsive. I was very pleased and will use them again.

Luis responded to my request with an estimate quickly. He and his crew arrived when they said they would and finished the job very quickly. Overall, they did a great job removing mold from our siding and cleaning our dirty window screens; my house looks remarkably cleaner and better.

The work was done as scheduled. But I am satisfied only partially as the corner parts of the siding were not washed well - you can easily glance dirt left...

The crew arrived on time. They were neat and quick but very thorough. Luis Ortiz, the owner was present and handled most of the main work. He was polite and professional. He explained the work the crew would do before beginning and took extra precautions to ensure my neighbors and I didn't walk out of our homes while he was using the cleaning solution. The work was excellent. I had my siding power washed about 2 years ago by another company and I was surprised how much cleaner it looked after Mr. Ortiz finished. They did a much better job and I will hire them again.

First I would like to compliment Mr. Ortiz on his very prompt response to my request. He arrived at my home and we had a brief discussion about what I needed done to my home. Mr. Ortiz noticed that I had low pressure coming from the faucet in the front of the house and assured me that he would find a way to make it work, which he did. When Mr. Ortiz finished power washing my home, it looked brand new. I was very pleased with the work that was done on the rear of the townhouse, because there was quite a bit of green mold, but he removed it completely. My neighbor was so impressed that he asked me for Mr. Ortiz's contact number. I will definitely use his service again, job well done!

From the time I asked for an estimate, Luis Ortiz responded faster than other services contacted. He visited our home, gave his estimate (included a special he was offering on Angies List), and then after he was selected, he scheduled promptly and completed the job efficiently. The washing removed several years of tree pollen and mold from vinyl siding leaving it bright and white, and the windows look great.

They were not professional, did a so-so job and charged money beyond what I paid.

They did an excellent job - this is the third year we've had R&L do a pressure washing, and each time Luis and his crew have been efficient, timely, and courteous. I recommend them!
