They did not sand the deck which was part of the work. They left trash on the job. They dismantled part of my stacked stone wall and did not put it back - I think they were using the stones for their ladder. I called Luis and discussed the issues with him and the fact that I did not receive a written statement/receipt with a $75 credit for the next job we get done. I called him a week later. He said he would put in the mail that day. It's been at least a week and I still haven't received it. To be fair, the staining looks really good.

Staining was pushed off a bunch of times because of weather which is not their fault of course. My issue was that I was told stay off for 24 hrs when they were able to finally come out BUT it rained less than 2 hrs later. Miraculously the deck was fine based on someone looking at it. Just didn't sit well with me that after rescheduling so many times when it was actually done and it rained it was still ok.

Luis was responsive, timely, and completed the work in a high quality fashion.

Luiz Ortiz asked us to re-schedule our Monday appointment to Wednesday (today) only to never show up nor have the decency and professionalism to even give us a call or respond to our email inquiring about his ETA. This behavior is totally UNACCEPTABLE and should be reprimanded by Angie's List by no longer accepting this company to trade business on their platform. We would like to be fully credited for the $275.00 immediately.

Luis and his team showed up on time and got the work done promptly. I am very pleased with the results.

I contacted R & L Pressure Washing, LLC and they responded quickly and were able to fit me in to their schedule the next day. They were punctual and did a fantastic job. I didn't even have to be present, all they need is access to exterior water sources. I took a leap of faith to pay before seeing the results. When I arrived at home, I was pleasantly surprised to see a clean house. I will definitely use them in the future and highly recommend to others.

I used the special to pressure wash my house. The team did a good job and honored the price. The team was late arriving, apparently caught in traffic. I called Luis, who apologized and said I didn't need to be there when they did the work. I will use them again.

Everything went extremely well. Mr Ortiz quoted me a very reasonable price for the entire job, and his efficient and well-qualified crew were able to start the next day. Washing took about a day and a half, and they returned 2 days later to apply the sealant. I am very pleased with the result (power washing a deck/fence always makes a striking difference!) and highly recommend them!

Luis is a very attentive owner. I appreciated the time he took to discuss the service and provide an estimate. I especially appreciated that Luis was willing to text. My problem is with the siding power wash. I was charged for a three level townhouse because my garage counts as one level. However, the garage door was not cleaned as well as the siding. When I pointed this out to the technician, he used his hand and more water (no soap) to try to clean it. It was a mess. I am very dissatisfied with this portion of the cleaning. The lack of attention to detail is a let down. Plus, the technicians were about an hour late. However, Luis called to inform. On a scale of 0 to 10, 10 being best, it was a 7. Not sure if I will hire again because attention to detail and punctuality are important to me.

When Mr. Ortiz arrived, he told me my deck would have to be stained. That cost more than the deal I purchased, but I agreed and paid. He told me what color was on the deck and told me he would buy the same stain and paint the deck. The stain is nothing like what I had, rather, it is an ugly orange. He has promised at least four times to come redo the deck, but he never shows up when he says he will come. Angie, you are doing your company a great disservice by having people like this on your list.

I purchased the home pressure washing deal. They scheduled my job quickly and did a great job. I would highly recommend.

Called on 3 Aug, Luis came to my home on the same day. He told me mold and mildew on the deck were due to the trees around the house and we just need to clean the deck with dilute household solution such as bleach. The deck will be good for two years so there will be no service required. We appreciate his honest and we will definitely call him when needed. Thanks Luis.

Based upon the excellent service provided by Mr. Ortiz and his crew last season, I contacted him again this season to power wash our wood deck and apply an oil based stain. The crew is hardworking and they clean up after the job. They are very punctual. With respect to the stain application, they took their time, hand prepared the wood deck and applied the stain evenly. The deck looks terrific! Finally, I want to add that the price is very reasonable.

Scheduling was very easy. When I inquired online through this website about costs for power washing the siding on my home, and scheduling service, R and L Pressure Washing simply asked for my address and within minutes gave me an estimate. I was satisfied with the estimated price and immediately scheduled the cleaning. I appreciate that they abided by their estimated price and therefore no haggling was needed. They arrived on time and did an exceptional job. I highly recommend these professionals.
