We hired Prime Construction to build a composite deck off the back of our house. We could not be more pleased with their work and the whole experience was excellent. I worked with Agustin and he was always very quick to respond to any questions and took time to work with me along the way. His crew was very professional, hard working and highly skilled. The deck was completed way ahead of schedule and is beautiful. I highly recommend this company.

Excellently!!! The deck was built to very high construction standards, the work was impeccable, Mr Fuentes came up with some very good ideas by virtue of the large amount of decking building experience he has, plus he was very easy t work with! He always responded to my texts or calls ASAP, if he made a mistake he immediately took the blame and rectified it right away. He and his workers were truly pleasures to work with and I look forward to using their services in the future. I highly recommend the company's work and ethics!!!!

Excellent service, amazing workmen and extraordinary customer service. Deck was made in 7 days. Took all requests and incorporated in design and in reality. Went above and beyond to satisfy customer. Definitely would recommend to all. Any deck building job, Augustine's the guy for you.

I am very pleased with my new deck. The process with Agustin was easy and the crew was considerate and very capable. They left the site clean and neat each day. Within two weeks I had a beautiful new deck.

Prime Construction’s work exceeded our expectations. They built an amazing 16 by 20 screened in porch and an outdoor grilling deck. Their attention to detail was fantastic and Agustin Fuentes, the project manager, answered all of our questions and was extremely helpful throughout the project. Agustin responded to me the same day that I requested a quote. He and his employees were very professional and accommodating, especially in light of the COVID-19 pandemic. Prime razed my old wooden deck and stairs and built a new composite deck in its place. They also fenced in a crawl area under the deck. They secured the necessary pocket permit and handled all of the details, including making sure all of the specifications were up to code. They also cleaned the work site each day. Excluding weather delays, the entire job took around 7 days. I am very pleased with the end product. It looks great.

We are extremely happy with Prime Construction and I have referred them to several people. We had a large deck built on the back of our house and a patio underneath. Agustin was great to work with for designing. Out of all of the contractors that I got quotes from, I felt like he really listened to what I wanted and didn't try to steer me in his own direction. He offered advice and ideas where I needed them, which were great. They also work with a variety of different decking providers, so I could choose the composite decking I wanted rather than being confined to a single manufacturer. We are thrilled with the way everything turned out. I think we have the prettiest deck in the neighborhood and our patio is so cool! Thanks Agustin and team for everything! Prime Construction exceeded our expectations not in the quality of work done on a beautiful wooden two-tier deck but also as authentic, compassionate, and customer-oriented company. My husband experienced in carpentry, demanded and expected quality work. He “supervised” every phase of the project and was extremely pleased with their professionalism, work ethic, and the quality work done by Augustine and his crew. Before the project was finished my husband unexpectedly passed away. Augustine not only completed a deck that my husband would have been very proud of but he also provided emotional and on-going professional support to the family. Without hesitation, I would highly recommend this company to anyone seeking quality work and a very supportive, customer oriented company. In the words of my husband who always applauded quality craftsmanship, “Augustine is the real deal!”

We needed to replace our large wooden 2 level deck. We were so impressed with the responsiveness of Agustin who was our main contact. His level of professionalism was outstanding. Agustin contacted me as soon as I put a request into Angie’s List and came out that afternoon to discuss our needs - WOW! He offered wonderful suggestions to replace our deck (materials, colors, rails, steps). He showed us pictures of work they had done which was very helpful. Once we made a decision on materials he came back out to the house to go over the plans again. The drawings were done within a few days and he came out again to discuss them. We had a last minute change which he was easily able to adapt. He was ALWAYS easy to talk to and never rushed us. He took care of the necessary permits and dumpster and even removed our hot tub during demolition. It was seemless. He contacted me at each step (even on the weekends) by phone, email and text, so we knew what to expect. I felt like I was his only customer. He let me know he was ahead of schedule and asked if they could start the project earlier than planned! WOW! The team who worked on the deck, led by Rudy, were professional, always polite, hard working, always cleaned up and they did a fantastic job. Rudy always checked in with me each day and was so easy to talk to. I highly, highly recommend Prime Construction. FYI - I had contacted 4 other companies (that I found on my own) and only one of them called me back and came out to look at the job. Then a week later he gave me a ball-park estimate (nothing in writing). His price was about the same as Prime Construction). So, I knew Prime’s price was on target. But, I went with Prime as I had constant and timely communication, a written estimate, and I felt that Agustin always had our best interests.

I absolutely love the new deck and patio installed at my townhouse. I highly recommend this team, especially Augustine who was the salesman who powered through some personal family difficulties to assist us. I am so proud of the work and will be recommending this company to everyone. Our neighbors have already reached out to this company due to the high quality of work.

My builder did a very poor job on my lower deck. Prime replaced a column that was missing a brace and had warped. They replaced nails with bolts and replaced other warped boards. This all had to be done BEFORE any under decking could be added. They added a drainage system so that water drained from above and away from the house. I could not be happier with the results. I would use them again for any work.

The crew, led by Rudy did an excellent job. They were meticulous in removing the boards and replacing them with the Trex. At the end of each day they cleaned up the area.

The whole project went extremely well from initial consult to completion. Agustin came out and showed me a wealth of photos from past projects. I was able to pull the pieces I liked from each & put together a plan. They drew up plans which I then asked them to add onto which they gladly did. They basically took my high level vision & executed it extremely well. I've had two neighbors ask for their numbers after seeing the work they did. My immediate neighbor is a contractor also commented on the quality of the craftsmanship.

He asks the right questions, listens to your needs and brainstorms to find the very best solution possible. He was patient when we weren't sure exactly what we wanted and had bright ideas to make our needs fit the possibilities. Rudy and his team were terrific! Rudy is a true craftsman if there ever was one. He and his group were timely, trustworthy, talented and tenacious. Rudy wants to complete a job knowing that everything is perfect. We would highly recommend Prime Construction. They did a great job for us and if we have any other needs they are the first number in our book!
