Description of Work: I called to get my HVAC looked it & they came as agreed upon. After inspecting the HVAC, he pointed out the issues & for another $220 cleaned it out. Since this is my first experience, I have no idea if the price was fair but he was good about explaining the issues.

Description of Work: Juan cleaned my entire heat pump and added the needed freon. I mentioned to him that I would be interested in getting a quote for a new system and within an hour I received a call. Wayne arrived the next day, gave me a very thorough quote for a new system. He even removed the price of the freon I had already spent. The new system will be installed on the 9th.

Description of Work: Had my air conditioning quit on Friday night. Searched Angie's List and Presidential was at the top of the list. I contacted them and they told me that they could get to me sometime on Saturday for which I was very grateful. Service person called when we were the next stop and came out to inspect the system. They found a non functioning capacitor in the outside unit which they were able to replace and my system was up and running again. I am thankful for the quick service and everyone that I spoke with was very courteous and professional. I would absolutely recommend them and use them again in the future.

Description of Work: We used Presidential in the past when they replaced our old boiler system. While we were on vacation in May, my mother, who lives with us, called us to say the A/C went out. I called Presidential, who responded right away and had someone come out to determine the problem. They determined the fan motor had died (due to us not changing the A/C filters - we are bad homeowners!). Gena from Presidential ordered the new part and it was installed about 2 days later. She called me throughout the ordeal to keep me up to date, and even found ways to save me money by having me buy a "Big Deal" of theirs that was on Angies List at the time, which saved me about 10 dollars - then gave me a 10% discount for being an AL member. Overall this is my second extremely positive experience with Presidential, and I will use them again in the future for our heating and A/C needs!

We responded to a call for no airflow reaching the 3rd floor. We found the duct feeding the 3rd floor had been disconnected. It was disconnected by a previous company due to no air reaching the 3rd floor. After reviewing the system, it was determined the duct work was improperly ran to allow for adequate airflow to reach the 3rd floor. At the time of our call the homeowner was interested in talking to us about adding a ductless system to the top level. The customer signed the ticket & wrote us a check for the service visit. We never heard any complaints or disagreements with the performed work, now over 2 weeks later it seems they are not happy. Please read all our other reviews for a more accurate representation of our company.
