Description of Work: Jesse from Presidential Heating and Air came out and did a very thorough A/C inspection. He discovered that the condensate pump was broken, and I arranged another appointment to fix it. He arrived right on time and did the work quickly and professionally, for what seems like a reasonable price, along with giving me a variety of helpful tips to keep my system working longer and even answering a call after hours. Extremely helpful and professional, would definitely use them again.

Description of Work: We replaced our HVAC on April 4, 2016, I am happy to report that from the first contact, to the Consultant Vance we experience very courteous and professional individuals at this organization. You can tell that this company thrives in running a Business geared to satisfy their customers, my husband and I are certain that we made the right decision when we choose this Company. Robin was very helpful in going over the estimate and she was great in explaining the details I am very happy with the staff at this Company. I have already recommended them to my neighbor; it is a rarity in today's society to run into a group (from the top to the bottom) that is so pleasant and easy to deal with. | |The crew arrived promptly at the scheduled time of 8:00 a.m. Mike, Jerry and Gary are very knowledgeable; they did an incredible job with the installation and took the time to answer our questions. They provided helpful information about the unit they installed and Mike took time to explain the new thermostat in details. Both my husband and I were very impressed with their neatness and the quality of work. They installed a new drain line to drain condensation to the outside (new WSSC code), my husband instructed Jerry and Gary to make sure that he not see line hanging loose, and they did an incredible job in complying with his request, you see my husband has OCD, and it was very important to him that he did not see the hose hanging loose from the ceiling, they did a great job to comply with his request, I am happy to report that my husband is very very happy also. I can't say enough about the company the staff and the quality of work we have received. | |Thank you Robin, Vance, Mike, Jerry and Gary, I hope this review will inspire other people to call the Presidential Heating and AC for your repair. | | |
