I am satisfied with their service. I think that their price is fair and are very responsive.

They installed a heat pump upstairs and a gas furnace in the basement. The crew who installed it was very good. They finished the work quickly. They also cleaned up once the job was done.

They installed our heating and air-conditioning unit about 20 years ago and they have been servicing it ever since. I?m happy with them. The technician is very knowledgeable and does an excellent job.

We called on Sunday before Memorial Day, explaining to the after hours answering service that we had a leak in our utilities room and water was pooling under our AC unit, leaking through and soaking the carpet in two adjacent rooms. The answering service told us that we would receive a call right back from a technician. We received a call within 10 minutes from a technician. He scheduled an appointment the following morning and, because we had to be out of the house earlier that morning, arranged to have the technician call us on my cell phone 15-30 minutes before arriving at our house. I got the call right on schedule, returned home, and the technician arrived at our house on schedule. He quickly diagnosed and fixed the leak. I was so impressed that I purchased an annual service contract.

We declined to have the cleaning instead seeing how longer furnace will last instead , and start doing research on costs of new furnaces. Two days later, turned on ac, Bam.. burnt out transformer, and here is where my beef starts. I personally don't think it's unfair to expect an HVAC technician to inspect/test all 3 control circuits(fan heat and ac) of a 4 wire control circuit ( power + the prior three) when the control transformer has been blown. This obviously was not done. Since I didn't feel like paying at a minimum another 90$ callout fee, I looked at the control circuits myself with the assistance of a FUSE and another transformer. The ac control circuit which is dirt simple( this consists of a wire and a relay was bad) had a short. I ordered and replaced the relay myself. I expressed my disappointment to the company and they were polite, and did offer an apology in addition to saying that we only called them out for the furnace not working and there are many things that can cause a transformer to blow. But in the end I have a less than happy feeling about the whole matter, and while I can't say they did a bad job ( since they didn't make anything worse, and did give us a valid range of options to choose from). I expected a little more from an A rated company, and don't think I will be using them again because of the experience.

Their sales person showed up exactly on time. Gathered all of the specifications on the system in our house. Explained the options available to us and then worked up some costs with options. He did have to return to us in order to drop off the final quotes. Overall, they were very professional, wrote very clear estimates/quotes, and seemed fairly decent.

The original estimate was for 3 hours of work but the technician discovered the cracked coil pan and arranged for a replacement to be delivered to my house by another technician so that it could be installed at this time. The entire project ended up taking 5 hours and I thought the job was done meticulously.

They provide me with excellent service. I feel good about knowing if something goes wrong with my unit, it will be taken care of promptly. I would gladly recommend them and their service plan.
