Outstanding customer service. We were planning to head to the beach and they worked with us to fit us in to their schedule right away.

Even though I did not use them this time they are good people, great to talk to, quick to respond. Definitely worth a call!

Presidential replaced our heat pump with a new, high efficiency model. Their price was fair, and the job was painless. We wish we had done this years ago. We are warmer in the winter, cooler in the summer, and our bills are lower. They also inspect both zones twice a year, and have kept them running efficiently. This is a great company, and a pleasure to deal with. Vance, their salesman, is extremely knowledgeable, as are their technicians. I highly recommend Presidential.

Last night, we noticed a lot of dripping from our AC unit. We researched Angie's List and the first company on our "to call list" was Presidential Heating & Air. Very early this morning, we called to schedule an appointment never imagining someone could arrive same day between 10 AM - 12. Our daughter--now in the maternity section--will deliver today and we couldn't take a chance not being there when we are called to come to see our daughter, and baby grand-daughter! Presidential congratulated us..and informed us someone could arrive within the hour!!!!! James arrived within the hour and not only diagnosed the problem (a missing steel shield) but also fixed the problem. Additionally, we asked him to change the filter and to check out the entire unit. James was very thorough in identifying and solving the problem. He did not try to give us a "sales pitch". Instead, he did the repair, changed the filter, and looked at the unit. He did not try to sell us anything and, in fact, told us our unit should last 5 or more years! James was very professional and cleaned up putting the debris into a disposable bag. He was punctual, knowledgeable , thorough, and professional with excellent communication skills. Presidential exceeded our expectations. I would highly recommend this company that will now be MY heating & air company.

Everything went very well. The representative came for a first look the day after I called and came back a few days later to do the work. I felt very bad for him because it was a very hot day and the attic must have been miserable, but he was cheerful, friendly, professional and gave me all the information I wanted about what he was doing and why. Even added a bit of gas to the heatpump "on the house." Cleaned everything up when he was done. I have no complaint whatsoever and would highly recommend the company.

I would love to give this company a rave review. But they never showed. Using their online system, I requested an appointment. I was quickly called by a member of their team and I booked a window for the following Friday, between 8:30 and 9:30. It was just an annual maintenance call. I was informed of their service program, which sounded good. But the appointment time came and went with no call, no notification, no nothing. I understood if they would be a little late, but to not show or call is unprofessional.I do understand that we are under record heat right now and that there may be emergency calls that trump my service call. I am okay with that and have no complaints about that. But notification would have been nice so I did not have to sit around the house all day waiting for service that never happened.

When he flushed it out, it flooded my basement floor. I had to rush around to pick up things off the ground and mop up water. I have not called them back since.

I went with Presidential Heating and AC because out of the A-rated companies I called (including the one I normally use), they were the only one that had same day availability. Our tenant informed us the evening before that the AC was not blowing cool air and she was worried because a heat wave was approaching in a couple of days. So of course I wanted to remedy this for her quickly. I was pleasantly surprised to find out that Presidential could accomodate us on the same day! They gave a window between 11-2pm. Louis arrived around 2:20pm - not too bad, but I did wish the time range was more accurate because I brought my 5 year old son with me to the rental property and we waited from 11am. The house was hot and my child got bored after 3 hours of waiting. When Louis finally arrived, I was at a point where I exhausted all forms of games and entertainment for my son, so I was relieved he was there! Louis did get right to work. He quickly found that the run capacitor blew out and replaced it. Then he noticed the unit needed to be thoroughly cleaned, so he flushed it out with some water and special chemicals. Finally he checked the freon level. Everything was working properly and I looked like a hero in the eyes of our tenant for fixing the problem so quickly. The heat wave did arrive the very next day and it was a scorcher! I'm so grateful for Presidential being there when I needed them! I'm sure I'll be calling them again in the future.

made appt on wednesday after checking angie's list for reviews. scheduler told me price for service call (105) and to turn unit off before arrival. technician arrived at scheduled time, friendly and professional. explained potential issues and suggested repairs and costs. didnt hard sell their service plan which i appreciated! was here little over an hour and replaced freon. good experience. hopefully wont need another appointment anytime soon, but would give them a call if i do!

Everything went well and was very pleased with the service. The serviceman was on time and very courteous when explaining everything to me. I plan to renew my service contract when they come back in the fall to inspect my heating system.

I liked the service and signed a service contract with the company. The cost includes the service contract.

Although the odor was no longer present, the tech thoroughly inspected the furnace for me. He explained the air flow throughout the system and what could have caused the odor, explaining that a piece of plastic bag could have come in through the outside intake. He cleaned the inside, cleaned the fluid overflow container, inspected all the wire connections, and so on. He recommended a mesh cover for the outside intake, but said everything in the system was fine. Was polite and professional throughout.

They did excellent work. The tech was wonderful, and the price was good.

The technician arrived during the allotted time and patiently/thoroughly went over everything he did for my benefit. A job well done.

The skilled tradesman sent out by the company was thorough yet efficient, inspected all elements within the heating system. He was both professional and very personable. I was so impressed I signed up for the company's annual contract and expect to rely on them for my future HVAC services. I particularly liked that the company tries to keep sending out the same serviceperson to one's home, so that one can develop an ongoing relationship with the same individual, rather than an endless stream of unknown persons unfamiliar with the system in one's home.

My overall experience was a good one. Before any work was done, the technician explained everything to me so I understood what he was saying and gave me the option of whether to proceed with replacement or not. I wasn't expecting to pay that much on the first visit, but feel relieved to know that now my system is working 100% no matter what the weather.

Technicians arrived at my house a few hours after I called and swiftly replaced the pump and added the components. They were professional and sought my approval before going ahead with the extra electrical work.

We have already dealt with them twice in the past month. They did an outstanding job. They went above and beyond any company that I have dealt with. Their company is just amazing. There is a clause that they don?t do painting, drywall repair or any other things but it?s up to the customer. They actually repaired and cleaned up after themselves to the point of putting the stuff back into my attic. They had to take down the stuff to get up there. They cut down the shrubs to get to the AC unit. They were very pleasant and helpful. They were here for a long time and were on time. They were early and waited in the driveway until it was time to come in. We called them back and did another job early because they were very good. I can?t say enough about them. I read the reviews that they had online. It was compelling enough for me to use them. Our air conditioner was about to run out of time but we thought that we would go ahead. They did all the paperwork for us in order to get rebate from the company that we bought the equipment from. They helped us with the tax credit. They also made the appointments for the people to come out and check the equipment. They also stayed an hour late to tell the entire family as to how to use the equipment and they made sure that we understood. I went to their office to meet some of the workers and I was very touched. I wanted to tell the owner as to how much I appreciated it. They also replaced some old equipment that we had for free of charge. I can?t say enough about them. They stayed an hour late on Tuesday night but couldn?t quite finish the work. They said that they would stay that evening but I asked them to go home and I asked them to come back on Thursday, which they did. They were here yesterday to do a check on the system in order to make sure that it was working well and we were happy. They charged us $10000 to replace the equipment but it was reduced by $2500 after the rebate. It ended up being around $8000 after labor. We are very placed with the way the air conditioning system works. We had the upper level done and we wanted the same comfort level. They found mold and were wonderful in cleaning all that up. They adjusted that in the price. It was very great and extraordinary. They were very nice. I wished that they had done more things so that I could have them out at least once a month. They are fantastic and I would definitely use their services in the future too. They also referred us to another company for plumbing and we had a water heater replaced.

I noticed my AC was not working early Saturday morning. I called Presidential's emergency line since that day was supposed have record breaking heat. The repair man was prompt and professional. I talked with him before he arrived, and I described what was happening with the unit. He said he pretty much knew what the problem was and when he arrived he opened up the unit and said "yep, there's your problem". He replaced the burnt out capacitor and the AC was running in less than a half hour after he arrived.

They are highly rated on Angie’s list, and I rate them high as well. They are very professional, and I have never had a problem with them. They have done a lot of work for me, and I think that their pricing is reasonable.

Presidential responded the same day - the same day of the second February blizzard - to check out why our heat had gone out, in our system with a heat pump. It turned out that the air handler motor had burned out. Unfortunately, it was necessary to order a replacement from the factory, and the heavy snowfall meant that getting that replacement took nearly a week. When it finally did come in, Presidential came right out and got the new motor installed.

Arrived near end of window given, but had received 2 phone calls to share progress and estimated arrival. Serviceman was very courteous and friendly, listened to the full story of what had been happening and what had been done in past. Did very thorough diagnosis, watching system for maybe 20 minutes to ensure he knew it was the correct problem. Showed me how to check the signal lights inside furnace myself, explained what he was doing. Didn't sell me on other services except for the annual maintenance contract, which would indeed have saved me money already. Made quick repair and documented well. Very good! Will sign up for annual contract with this company in the future. Much better experience than I had with one of their competitors.

The office personnel gave a time estimate between 7.30 and 8.30 am on New Years Eve. The technician, Tom, arrived at 7.40, driving through snow and icy conditions. BRAVO!! Tom was very professional, explaining what he was doing along the way, and offered timely suggestions as to working with or replacing a user-unfriendly thermostat, and the purchase of CO2 monitors. THANK YOU. We decided then and there to purchase a service agreement for future inspections and work. Wonderful company, delightful staff. I would definitely use them again and again.
