Premium Home Crafters is a five star experience. Larry is both knowledgeable and detail oriented. He is trustworthy and we have had him do several jobs both big and small in our home and the work has been stellar.

Larry and Juan showed up every day on time and completed the total Bathroom Remodel in 2 weeks. They explained what they were going to accomplish each day and cleaned up every day. The quality of the workmanship was outstanding especially for the reasonable price of the job. This was an extensive remodel of my 1968 pink tiled bathroom with a pink cast iron tub. Everything was gutted even down to removing all the drywall behind the tub and old tile. All new materials were installed according to Maryland Housing Code. The choice of tub, tile, vanity, vanity top, all fixtures for tub and sink were of the best quality. I now have a modern more functional bathroom that we will enjoy for years to come. I have never had a better communications with a contractor before. Working with Larry and Juan of Premium Home Crafters could not have been better!

Excellent work, craftsmanship and utmost professionalism. Extremely happy with the whole process, from start to finish as well as the input and creative suggestions to complete the look and desired effect of our rooms.

He did OK building the stairs but did a sloppy job staining it. The pairing of the condo was an absolute mess. He was supposed to apply 2 coats of paint. but did not . You could see the yellow color old paint after he was done, After we pointed out the flaws he got very angry and started using fowl language and it was only when we told him that he was not going to get the rest of hid money that he brought the workers back in. Even then the work was not finished to our satisfaction, We are hiring another painter to finish the job. Obviously had hired some cheap inexperienced labor to do the painting. He did OK with the electrical work and the carpeting is acceptable although the carpet he installed was different than the one we had originally picked.

Larry Cohen came to our house numerous times to review plans & go over specifics. He is an artist & was able to guide us through all the decisions. Also met up with all the contractors to make sure it was the "vision" we wanted. He had all the appliances, cabinets, etc, delivered before he started so that it all would go quickly. He was available almost 24/7 to answer all our questions. Very patient & an excellent listener. We've used this company for 3 bathrooms, deck, painting, landscaping, plumbing, living room add-on etc.
