I picked this company, Henry’s Powerwash AKA The Powerwash Company, out of three due to their detailed contract of services provided. The aspect which is important here is they stated they would “tarp plants if needed.” They showed as scheduled and cleaned the vinyl in our house but they did not lay any tarp. We were very satisfied with the cleaning of our house as stains which were very apparent were removed. Kudos to the cleansing of our outside home. However, my issue is with my plants which were not tarped by the company. The proposal I signed with the company stated they would “tarp plants, if needed.” They did not tarp my plants and they were damaged by the chemicals used to clean the house. I inquired with the company and their defense was “did you request for the plants to be tarped?” I feel if the plants were damaged the tarps were needed. Most of the plants will recover in time but one new tree, our Russian pomegranate tree we just planted lost almost all its leaves and the branches turned brittle. This tree will not be coming back. I wanted the company just to replace the pomegranate but they stood by their company defense of us not asking for the tarp. “TARP,IF NECESSARY”IF THE PLANTS WERE DAMAGED THEY NEEDED TO BE TARP!!!

Deck Medics work was very good. A lot of attention to detail. They were neat, they were prompt. They called me before they came and kept me up to date on the process. They came back when I needed them to do another job fairly soon. They did more than I originally asked for. I was very happy with them.

Not a good experience! There was noticeable streaking after the first applications and some paint and wood damage. After 2-3 more visits, the vinyl streaking prpblems were mostly resolved.

Except for the weather, very well. The staff are professional and polite and know what they are doing. They are very careful with plants and shrubs, and even helped us move some of the heavy items off the deck prior to cleaning.

Most of the work was done when I was not home. The results were good and I didn't have to consider restaining the deck for 2 years. I will use them again this spring.

Because of this poor quality work, I ask them to stop work and reduce price by $600. They agreed to final price of $1550. I hired a new company to finish the work properly.

They did an excellent job and I would use them again. There was a mix-up regarding the appointment, they didn't come much later that agreed upon but explained what happened. In light of the error they agreed to power wash the patio at no charge, which I though was a very generous way respond to the inconvenience.

Overall, very well. Deck Medics came the day following my phone contact to give an estimate, in spite of bad weather that day. They followed-up with a phone call to check if I had made a decision whether or not to hire them. All crews were courteous. Job was completed in a workman-like manner. There was a delay in the installation of the handrail; we had to wait from a Friday to a Monday. Other than that, the job took the amount of time Deck Medics said it would. Could have done a more thorough job with resetting the nails but the job was acceptable. Staining crew did leave a hose on during a break and I had to point that out to them. Deck Medics did a better job than we could have done. Overall we are quite satisfied and we would hire them again.

The local rain and flooding wreaked havoc with their schedule. They washed the deck on a Thursday and couldn't seal for a week. It was still sort of wet when they came back, so it seemed spotty to me and a threshold leading into the house didn't get sealed. I called and they were extremely apologetic and very responsive. They came back two days later, even though I'm sure they had a huge backlog, because of the weather. The deck looks great and they were a pleasure to do business with.

They finished the $290 worth of work in under 20 minutes including loading and unloading their equipment. In other words they did a pretty slap dash job. I was not impressed!
