Sales person came was thorough great installers (after 2 separate measurement appts) but they missed three windows so have to still do those. Great company just need to make sure all windows included start.

This company came highly recommended by the interior designer I use, and they didn't disappoint. They came to consult and measure for shutters in my daughter's bedroom. I was provided with photos of other jobs they had completed and all my options were discussed in detail with me. Production time was as promised and installation was quick and easy. The end result was absolutely gorgeous! The shutters were painted to match the color of the trim. They are of the highest quality and look beautiful in her room. I would not hesitate to use them again. Their work and service is top notch.

Marie came & did a very thorough estimate & explanation. She spent 1.5 hours going through every detail. Shutters were reasonably prices & installed within 3 weeks. Excellent quality & service.

There work is the best out there. Ours was a very difficult job requiring significant CUSTON work. Perfect Fit does what they say they will do, took about 4 weeks start to finish, have fair prices, and excellent quality. We had some windows which other competitors I spoke with (such as Next Day Blinds) could not handle as well because all the other competitors are not truly custom. So the workarounds other competitors suggested [for our unique geometry situations] were inferior solutions. My wife said to tell you the installers laid down floor covering in all the work areas, took off their shoes outside, were very polite and competent, and did great work. We give Perfect Fit an A+ and will use them again.

Very pleased with this company from start to finish. We wanted plantation shutters for a very large bay window in our kitchen. They measured, emailed pictures, and answered questions. We found them very responsive througout the process. All appointments -- measuring and installation -- were kept right on time. Turned out that our window frames were crooked, but they compensated for this in the fabrication of the shutters and it is not noticeable at all. The shutters were installed yesterday and they are beautiful. The installer was outstanding. Pricing was in line with other estimates and lower than some. Highly recommended.

The shutters were built in a timely manner?only 4 weeks from measurement to install. The installation crew was fantastic and quick, though after a month, some of the caulk around one of the shutters has begun to separate and will need to be touched up. This isn't a big deal in my opinion. The quality of the shutters is good and they paint matched to our window trim at no extra cost. We would definitely use Perfect Fit again for additional windows or at our next house.

Marie came over for a conversation to give us an estimate on the shutters. She was punctual, very personable, knowledageble. What I especially like about her was how thorough she was. She offered her opinion only when asked, was not pushy or condescending scheduling installation. The installation process went way better than expected. We did not have to wait too long. The installers were very, very professional. Considerate of our home. They were also ver personable over all, it went great way better than expected.

Fantastic experience from start to finish. The sales rep was on time, informative, and pleasant to work with. The installation was quick and went smoothly. The shutters are an unbelievably gorgeous update to a very old ranch house. We've already received compliments from several neighbors.

They were excellent. Ms. Marie was the sales representative that went over everything. They were very friendly, professional and knowledgeable about the product. I visited their showroom and met the owner Mr. John who went over everything with me. I also dealt with his wife quite frequently over the phone while trying to decide different things about the shutters like the size of the slots and the color that I wanted because they’d paint them for me; the color of the wood work. Ms. Karen was great and the whole organization is very well run. The order was placed and they came in prior to when I expected them to come in which was great. The two gentlemen that they had come in and do the installation were wonderful; they were very entertaining and fun to talk to as they were doing their work. They were very good. It is a family run business that was started years ago. They are very good.

Perfect. It started with getting a quote, then they came for a free consultation where they answered all of my questions. They did not nickle and dime me over getting all of the details perfect. The installation was about 6 weeks later and was done quickly and professionally.

The bid was fair (not the cheapest, not the most expensive), the people were professional, the lead time was shorter than anticipated, and the product & installation quality were excellent. It's nice to work with a company that gets everything right the first time. Would not hesitate to use them again.

They did a great job; they were scheduled to arrive between noon & 3, & got here at 12:45. They were very nice, efficient & competent - did a beautiful job.

This is the second time this firm has installed shutters. Most of them were installed four years ago when we moved into our no home. This job involved placing shutters over windows and doors not done before.
