Began with Maria providing an estimate. Final measurements followed about ten days later. Shutters were installed about five weeks after that. Great quality and workmanship, The installers removed and hauled away the old mini-blinds that were on every window. Great job.

We had them out and she brought really nice samples. She had a small framed shutter so you could see everything. It was very nice to see the whole thing. They made it clear that they use American wood. They provide a lifetime guarantee. They did a beautiful job of finishing them. The prices she gave us were lower than what other quotes we received. We were able to get a few extra things done because of that. We really needed them in a certain time and they said they would do their best to get them done. They called up and they came a day early for us which was a nice blessing. The men were very nice and polite and did a really good job. She provided some great suggestions that turned out well. She took a lot of time to explain how to use them because of a few restraints.

Owner measured, self me an estimate, i agreed when he could provide shutters in 5 weeks. At 4 weeks, i was could to scheduled installation installers were on time were efficient, professional & did a superb job.

Installers were on time. Did a fabulous job despite all the furniture in their way. The shutters are the best plantation shutters I have ever seen.

She was never pushy, only helpful, and the two men that came to install them only took about three hours, and they were so neat. Even took out old paper shades.

We are very pleased with our shutters (and experience). We visited the showroom a few times with various questions about the product. The people there (we dealt with a few) were always very pleasant and informative. The owner came to measure our windows and explained how the shutters would be constructed and installed. We received an estimate and their price was competitive with the advertised competition. They installed them in a few hours and left no mess at all.

We found Perfect Fit through Angie's List. We could not be happier with the quality of their work, and would happily use them again. Initially, a sales consultant came to our home. Given how challenging the installation may be and the questions we asked, she suggested that we come in to their studio to meet with the owner and walk through some of the potential approaches in greater detail. We met with the husband and wife owner, walked through many examples including a few specific methods of build, agreed on an approach, and then the owner came to our home for one final measurement before signing the agreement and proceeding. It was a very, very low pressure sales effort throughout, which we appreciated. The installation went smoothly, and we could not be more impressed with the quality of their work. The shutters are beautiful, the color match is exact, and they operate smoothly and as advertised.

My husband and I purchased a home which did not have a single window treatment. We knew we wanted plantation shutters. I researched Angie's List and was impressed with the comments regarding Perfect Fit Shutters. I then viewed the web site. I called to make an appointment for an in-home consultation and was greeted by Karen, very pleasant and knowledgeable. She went above and beyond just arranging the appointment. I have 2 bay windows and was unsure of the configuration options that would work best. She offered to email me pictures of bay window installations that the company had installed, which I found very helpful. The consultant arrived timely. We discussed each and every window. I liked the sample she presented to me, which was exactly what I wanted. The house was going to be painted and since they precisely match the color of the shutters to a window's trim color, a small louver was provided to me. I painted the sample louver with the trim color and sent it to them. When the shutters were at the point that the color was to be applied, they called to advise me that they would be returning the sample louver to me to compare to the newly painted trim in my home. It matched great. The installation crew arrived the following week, took off their shoes and wore elastic covers on the their feet, were organized and set to work immediately. Any adjustments that may have been needed were done onsite. It took approximately 6 hours to install all 20 shutters. They had me look over each one, asked if I had questions and cleaned up all installation areas very well. The crew supplied me with a small jar of touch-up paint should I ever need to use it. It took 5 weeks from consultation to installation. This company really does provide perfectly fit shutters.

The installer was very nice and professional and came right on time.He installed the shutters in ten minutes and did a perfect job of it.

Great company. Great service. Only downside is that it takes a long time from estimate to install, but they'll tell you that's because of the quality of their work. The shutters look gorgeous and truly are of wonderful quality.

I contacted Perfect Fit on 3/20/12 to get a quote on plantation shutters for 5 windows in our 115yr old house. Karen was very pleasant on the phone and asked questions to get an idea of the project. She scheduled Marie to come out to give us a quote on 3/26. Marie came out to measure and show us their shutters. She was very professional and knowledgeable, and she had a good eye for what style would work well in our house. She gave us a quote that was very reasonable and competitive even with some online retailers. The quote was for $1815 for 5 single panel 2.5" wood plantation shutters. We were very impressed with their product and signed the contract. There is a 50% deposit required and Marie indicated it would take about 5 weeks. I will update once the shutters are installed.

This is an excellent company. Once again, they did an excellent job. I like that the shutters are custom painted and that you have a good choice of the width of the slats.

Perfect! John, the estimator came out and measured, showed options and quoted price. Very professional, about three weeks later someone installed shutters, was neat and efficient.

Everything went like clockwork! We are thrilled. It pays to order from a local company - Next Day Blinds, where we did get a quote, was $2000 more expensive for the same job and we felt as if we were just another dollar sign.

John Gresh is the owner. He is nice and caring. They make shutters for doors and windows. They measure each and every door and window. They bring in examples of their products and their colors and width of the flaps to have a closer look to each component to help me decide what I want. They make the shutters in their shop and bring it back and ensure it fit nicely. They made the shutters that fitted perfectly in our house that was built in 1970 and now has uneven walls. They make the shutters look right on any surface. I would recommend this company to anyone. I would grade them highly across the board.

"Perfect" aptly describes my experience with this company. From start- my visit to their lovely showroom- to finish- when the shutters were installed- I could not have been more impressed. John, Karen, and Riah were great to work with and the installers were so friendly and capable. The shutters are just BEAUTIFUL!! There's no need to go elsewhere!!

They came to measure and show samples to make sure that I could see what I would be getting and also showed me in detail how closely they could match my existing shutters. Then they sent a detailed estimate. They returned a second time to make sure that they had the correct measurements for the shutters being installed on the top half of 4 windows that already had shutters on the bottom half. I couldn't find another company that would even attempt to do the "top half" job and they did a beautiful job. You'd never know that the entire project wasn't done at one time. They came on time, left no mess behind, did a first rate job of installing the shutters, and stayed within the budget. They called to make sure I was still satisfied after a couple of weeks. I can't imagine how they could have done a better job.

I thought their price was reasonable. I was actually very pleased with everything. They were very meticulous with the measurements and they accommodated my short time schedule. They manufacture the shutters in their own facility and they are very good. I have high regards for them. Their pricing was the best.

I looked into other companies prior to having Perfect Fit come out. Their shutters were slightly more expensive but their quality was significantly higher than that of others I looked at. I ended up going with a composite material instead of wood (in case of water leaking). They took about 4 weeks to be ready, on the day of delivery 2 installers came to the house first thing in the morning. They took their shoes off before entering (without asking). The worked quickly and effectively. They paid extremely close attention to detail. The shutters were completed and they are absolutely beautiful. The quality and craftsmanship are worth the extra money.

We received two price quotes on the shutters before selecting Custom Fit. They were cheaper than the other big company quote, and we had a Angie's list discount. We also selected them because they offered the option to use the exact paint that was used on our window trim. The other big store shutter place had several versions of "white" to choose from, but none of them exactly matched the white that was used on our trim. I would certainly use them again and would recommend them to anyone looking for shutters for their home. You can't beat having a local business that manufacturers the shutters, paints them according the your house, and install them for cheaper than the big-name store. Not to mention they were a lot faster than the quote from the other store. I also like that it is the same people that you are dealing with each time you call or make an appointment.

Very professional and responsive. Good selection, all high quality products. Took some time to get the custom shutters made, but it was worth it. Installation crew was very professional and did a great job. We were very happy with this company and would definitely use them again and recommend them to family and friends. The only thing to keep in mind is that the turnaround from order to installation may take a bit of time. But it's worth it.
