Paul is a Master plumber (licensed and insured), he works for himself, by himself. So when you call his number (301.253.6604), you leave a message, he won't return your call til that evening when he returns from all his appointments that day. He doesn't have office personnel, its just him. When you call him you're calling his home. He will then call the numbers you've left to discuss your needs and depending on the severity of the problem will schedule accordingly. - He also guarantees his parts and labor. So if there's a problem with something after he leaves, he won't charge you again to come back and assess the very same problem. If its a new problem, then yes, he will charge for his time & labor accordingly. - I like that he knows what he's doing and doesn't try sell you things you don't need to make another sale. He doesn't cause problems so he needs to return, its fixed correctly the first time. He has 30 years of professional experience and will explain the facts required to solve your problems. He doesn't mind if you ask questions or watch him do the repairs. - Over the several years he's done work for my family he's repaired facets, pipes, toilets, plunged and/or snaked drains, replaced a garbage disposal and inspected our hot water heater (which he originally had replaced) plus explained when we will have to upgrade our fixtures.
