I was shocked by the price, but would still hire Oasis Power Washing again because the work was excellent yet quick. Fantastic job.

Arthur is very easy to work with and readily answers any questions and addresses any issues. We will hire Oasis again next year for similar work.
Description of Work: We had the house, walkways, and windows power-washed; the deck stained and sealed; and the gutters cleaned. The work was very good, and the price was very reasonable.

Oasis performed all the work in a professional and thorough manner. Arthur visited my property, inspected the metal siding and prepared a detailed estimate. After I accepted his bid, Oasis came to my property, pressure washed the metal siding which reached as high as 18 feet and used water pressure to remove a few hornet nests and hundreds of spider webs and nests. Also, and without charging more, Oasis removed much of the paint that someone splattered here and there on the masonry walls of the warehouse. I was pleased completely satisfied with Arthur's service and work. I will use Oasis whenever I need pressure washing services.
Description of Work: The metal siding at my commercial warehouse needed a good cleaning. Sixteen years had passed since someone cleaned the siding. In addition to years of grime accumulating, spider webs and a few hornet nests decorated corners and the areas around the outdoor flood lights installed on the siding and above doors. I asked Oasis to clean the siding but not to remove the paint.

I LOVE my "new" gazebo. Oasis washed & stained our 18 year old screened-in gazebo & it looks brand new! Arthur & his men did a thorough & complete job at a very reasonable price. He also power washed parts of our house. Everything was fabulous! I would definitely use this company again & again. Highly recommended!!

Arthur gave us an estimate the same day I called. His price was among the lower ones that I received, and almost half of what another highly rated service wanted, for providing the same kind of washing. Our house and deck had not been cleaned for quite a few years. There was mold on both, and one part of the house required getting up on the roof to clean He got it all very clean. The deck is artificial wood and the siding is aluminum. One post-washing visitor wanted to know if we put in a new deck. It is 13 years old! He came back readily to redo some things, even though he said it was not due to the washing, and after the redo, it seems he was correct. He also threw in a washing of a small picket fence around our garbage cans, and even repared one board for us. Arthur does a great job, and is easy to work with. I highly recommend him, and the Oasis company.

Description of Work: Our first experience with Oasis was positive, hired them to stain our new deck. We hired them again to do an annual protective stain. This second time, the workers showed up very late in the afternoon to apply the stain and did the work very quickly, working a-mile-a-minute to just get the work done. Not the kind of careful application they'd done before. The stain did not last, and when we power washed the deck last year, too much of that stain job just washed away. Stain should be applied to sink into the wood, not wash away. The company may have gotten too much business and then cut corners. Too bad. Thought we had a good company to use annually. Not so.
