They did the service they were supposed to do and are excellent. I have been using them for 8 years and they were referred by a friend.

All very pleasant and professional. They arrived promptly on time, and the work took just a day and a half. After they left, I realized that either I had spec'd a color that was way too light for the bathroom, or else they had used the wrong paint. When I called to ask about this (expecting an argument), they sent a man to check it out the next day. He agreed that it was the wrong color and IMMEDIATELY repainted it at no extra charge. I am very satisfied with their work.

It was a wonderful experience. O'Connor Painting was very responsive and professional. Their painters were also very professional and you would never know they were in the house. They prepared the walls, repaired nail pops in the ceiling and fixed any cracks. We had a very dark color in the family room which they very successfully blocked and it is now a beautiful light color. They completed the job within two days, well-ahead of our crunched time frame. We are extremely happy with O'Connor Painting and would highly recommend them to anyone needing interior painting. I would fully expect the same from their other services. David O'Connor came out to see the scope of my project and give an estimate. He didn't just glance at it and leave after 5 minutes and then have to be reminded twice to send me an estimate by email (as happened with another painting company I interviewed); instead, David looked over everything in detail and then produced a comprehensive computer-generated estimate (from what I assume was a laptop in his truck) that took about 20 minutes to compile. While the price was $500 higher than the nearest comparable estimate, I went with O'Connor's because this company is professional in every way, and I felt confident that the professionalism would extend from the head of the company on down to everyone who worked for him. And it did. David began making a good impression for his company at the first visit. He did not show up in shorts and a dirty T-shirt (as another company's rep did); he was dressed neatly and was wearing his company's logo shirt. And that was only the start of the good impression that extended to every aspect of the company's work ethic. David went over my project in detail and left me with a professional-looking folder full of every document and piece of information that a homeowner could want, including detailed prep instructions; a written 3-year guarantee on the work; a fat list of glowing, handwritten customer surveys; and a list of literally hundreds of local customers and their addresses (handy if I wanted to inspect the exterior painting work that O'Connor's does). He also retrieved an old can of paint from me so he could match the color for the job his men were to do. He even dealt directly with my door installers to get the right shade of paint for the shutters so they would match my new doors. David also assured me (without my asking) that each project has an English-speaking foreman on the job site, who stays and works alongside the crew. When my scheduled day arrived, the weather did not cooperate, so the project was pushed to the next day. The men arrived promptly and waited out a brief rain shower, then worked steadily throughout the day. When raindrops again threatened in midday, they waited them out as well, with the happy result that my painting was completed in just one day. I was thrilled with the result and thrilled to be able to get it done promptly and efficiently. All areas were painted very carefully, and they look great. The whole house "feels better" now! The painters cleaned up after themselves, and I did not find any stray paint anywhere. It was a pleasant experience overall, and I will definitely call O'Connor's for any future painting needs.

While I didn't choose the least expensive bid I received, I chose O'Connors due to the professionalism and responsiveness of the President, David O'Connor. It was unfortunate that there were a lot of rainy days during the time period of the exterior painting, but I knew that they would show up promptly if they thought they'd be able to work that day. Overall, it didn't take that long and I was very pleased. There was one piece of wood on the front that I wasn't pleased with how it looked after the job was completed. However, once I talked to David about it he had his crew back out to replace the wood and repaint it. It was nice to deal with a company who is responsive and is eager to please the customer.

I have been using them for the last 5 years, especially for interior and exterior painting. The quality of their work is good and they are very professional. The only drawback is that, they are expensive. I still like their services and will use the same in future.

They did a great job. Very clean. We like there work so much that we had them come & give us an estimate to paint the inside (everything: walls,ceiling,trim closets,spindles. We thought the estimate was high,but we know their quality is good. So we save!

Estimate was done very quickly, and work was done very quickly as well with the pending holiday upcoming. The O'Connors team did a great job prepping the area, taking great pains to make sure everything was well protected and covered. As well, the drywall repair and painting were done very quickly. Job was very well done. I have used his team for years, and would refer him to anyone.

I've used in the past. They did a perfect job. They are very accomodating and came within two days of the quote.

They are very reliable and they do an excellent job. They are a bit high priced, but worth the money.

They were very efficient. They cleaned up after themselves when they were done. They did exactly what they said they were going to do. They were very neat. I didn't have to worry about them leaving a mess anywhere. As far as I can tell the work was excellent! They were nice and pleasant. They stayed the whole day. They got everything done very quickly and right on schedule. Once I decided I wanted to do the job, I didn't have to wait around for them to fit me in their schedule. They were ready to do the work the next week.

He came out the next day, he was very professional and we sat on my front porch and talked about the estimate. I took him around the house and he pointed out different aspects and what he would do. He came when he said he was going to come. I probably didn't chose him because I believe he was the most expensive for the same amount of work of the three quotes I got. I'm pretty sure that was the only reason.

My husband interviewed several painters but they turned out to be the best with price. The painters were very courteous and polite. Everything was timely. When they say they are going to be at your house they are there, and when they say they will complete the job they complete it right then and there and leave. They don't leave a mess and they clean after themselves. They keep to themselves and do their work. There is no argument between them, or disconnect to what they are doing. If i ask them what they are doing they will explain it to me. The owner is also very active and has given us advice on colors and tips. He is excellent, and these people to everything. Their repaired a screen for me, just because of how nice they are. I ended up writing them a letter to compliment their work.

They were top notch and they provided me with excellent service. The crew was always on time, easy to get a hold of, and they offered a very good price. They performed the job when I wasn't there and all I can say is that l like these guys.

They did what they said they would do. They did a good job, but they did not do anything outstanding. They finished on time.

The painting went well. It took about 2 weeks for them to start but when they did, they finished pretty quickly. It looks very nice. I asked them to come back and caulk 1 area and they said it was no problem.

THEY CAULKED AND REPAIRED ALL THE DAMAGED WOOD AND DID A COMPLETE AND TIMELY JOB PAINTING THE HOUSE. THEY SHOWED UP ON TIME AND WERE VERY FRIENDLY. THEY MADE SURE WE WERE SATISFIED WITH THEIR WORK.

THE PAINTERS WERE VERY KIND AND COURTEOUS. I WAS LATE TO THE APPOINTMENT TIME WE HAD AGREED ON, AND THEY WERE VERY UNDERSTANDING. THE PRICE WAS MODERATE, AND THE OVERALL SERVICE WAS VERY GOOD. I WAS PLEASED WITH THEIR WORK, AND I WOULD HIRE AGAIN.
