Incredible - showed up on time, efficiently moved furniture to remove rug. Returned beautifully cleaned rug exactly when promised and placed on floor. Moved furniture including baby grand piano.

They were very good and thorough. However, that was four years ago.

Everything went well. They arrived on time, did the work as promised, and did a good job with the cleanings. Furthermore, they were very careful when in the house and didn't break any items.

Service providers were incredibly polite, considerate and professional. Called the day prior to confirm appointment. Arrived at exactly 2pm. Assessed the rooms to be cleaned and told us it would be less than the quoted amount given that the size of the basement was slightly smaller than originally estimated. Service was performed in under an hour. They did a great job.

Team arrived on time, was very polite and went right to work. I'm pleased with the results.

I have used Normandy carpet for over 10 years both personally and professionally and have been very loyal to them. I had requested a specific technician who I have used before and been extremely satisfied with but he was not available. I had told the technician to only clean the spots on area rugs not entire rugs. Instead he cleaned entire rugs and tried to charge me more money. Additionally, he stated that the stains were gone but when the rugs dried the stains were still there and I had marks all over my rug from where they had moved furniture around. I contacted Normany to express my disappointment and they sent the same crew back for no charge. This time the technician tried to tell me that they were new pet stains when they weren't. I was not impressed with the technician at all. He did not seem the least bit interested in giving good customer service and told me this time that it was impossible to get the stain out. Why Didn't he tell me this to start with?? He lacked professionalism and my rug looks worse today than the day they came to clean it. A very disappointing experience overall. I will look on Angie's list to see if there is another carpet cleaning company that services my area.

On time, polite, neat. Actually didn't clean 2 loveseats because they said Iablc was too delicate. Appreciated their honesty.

They came on time. They were professional. The carpet looked beautiful. The carpet looked new.

Technician called and came and cleaned all areas - removed all stains on carpet - were very thorough, courteous. Follow-up call from the company's owner the next day to see if we were satisfied!

Everything went perfectly. They came promptly, asked what needed to be done and performed the work efficiently putting cardboard protectors under the legs of furniture that could not be moved off of the rug. It was a pleasant experience in every way.

Dog had accident on carpet. Called normally within an hour they were at house & removed carpet. Then cleaned & sanitized returned. Put furniture back on carpet. Excellent & professional work.

Fantastic! I used Normandy when I lived in Silver. After moving to Annapolis, I never found another service for carpet cleaning that is as good. I may pay more, but they are worth it.

Excellent! No complaints, Normandy is a bit pricey, but they do a much better job than their competitors.

It was very good and they charged a reasonable fee. They came during a big storm. There were 2 guys and they were very competent. They added some type of deodorizer because we have pet stains and the smell was there for days and I really felt sick from it. I couldn't go down there for days. I want them to come again. They made the carpet look beautiful and they were very good. I know they worked very hard. They wanted to do the job regardless of the weather conditions because they knew that I wanted it done. They are a reputable company and I am considering having them come and not deodorizer. It was just a product issue. They were very professional. They had their own truck where the water flowed back into their vehicle which was important to me. Their price was comparable to others. They got every stain out and the carpet looked brand new. They came when they were supposed to.

They come when they say they will and do a good job.

They were excellent. They came immediately. They worked us into their schedule quickly. They were fast. They arrived on time. We've used them a lot. We are very happy.

Overall the experience was terrific. The two men who did the work showed up when they said they would and immediately tackled the job. One room has white carpeting and I was not sure how that would turn out but they cleaned it beautifully. The cleaners were polite and neat and put everything back in place as if they had not even been there. We knew, however, by the great job they did in cleaning the carpets.

Good job.. Two glitches, not on this job but previously, both corrected promptly. #1 - an improper cleaning (one out of about 15 times i've used Normandy). Rectified promptly (next day or two). (This is why i gave a B for quality. If not for this instance, i would give an A.) #2 - billing error (overcharge) that i had not caught myself. They caught it, and corrected the problem without intervention from me. So kudos to them for that.

We were very pleased. They were very professional. I wasn't here when they came but the carpets were very clean and fresh. My husband said they came on time and did a good job. I would recommend them.

They did a good job, were on time and cleaned the carpet. They came when they said they would and did what they said they would. The people who came out were very professional. They were not the cheapest, but they were not outrageous.
