Normandy Carpet

We have used Normandy for years to clean our 9 x 12 wool area rugs in their plant and have always been completely satisfied with their quality, professionalism, and pricing. We decided to have them clean wall-to-wall carpet, stair carpets, and a couple of sofas in our house. The in-home team was just as efficient and professional as the crew who comes to take and re-lay the area rugs. We recommend Normandy highly.

Approximately 5 years ago I invested in high quality area rugs. The first time I had the wool and silk rug cleaned by a standard company the rug came back with distorted edges. I thought the rug was ruined; however, I designer recommended I contact Normandy. They were able to re clean while tacked down at their facility and stretch back into shape. It looked new again! Since then I've solely used Normandy for area rug cleaning. Their prices are not the cheapest in town but they know how to properly clean expensive rugs. In addition if you have an area rug made from a carpet remnant, and choose to move it to a smaller room, they have a cut and rebinding service that is available with rug cleaning.

Normandy Carpet showed up on time and cleaned my carpet beautifully. They also cleaning 3 rugs. Everything looked wonderful and I would definitely call them again for cleaning my carpets.

Victor was punctual, professional, and a pleasure to deal with. He and his colleague spent 3 hours cleaning and then explaining when we could put furniture back in place. Highly recommend!!!
