Normandy Carpet

Extremely professional from start to finish. The cost was very reasonable. I would only have Normandy do my carpet cleaning.

After cleaning you are not allowed in the room for 5 hours. When we inspected the work the next morning we noticed a piece was broken we immediately contacted them. They claimed they could not be sure we had not broken the furniture in the evening since they had left. They refused to take any responsibility and were very rude when trying to resolve the issue. I would not recommend using this company for any work. There website states "Our cleaning services are backed by our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee on all Workmanship and services. Your satisfaction is our priority." Yet they did not honor this in my experience.

Normandy Carpet is fabulous. Shawh and Sandes came in to my home and they were very professional. Measured the space and gave me the price on the spot minus my discount. Brought their equipment in, moved all my furniture out , cleaned the carpets and put the furniture back on forms so the wood would not be on the freshly cleaned carpet. They did the same in my family room. My carpets in both rooms look brand new. They were in and out in 1 hour. I wouldn't hesitate to call them again, they were awesome:)

They did a great job and the work was performed by two different crews. First, carpet crew came out and took care of the carpet laying, tacking, and reducing squeaks on the sub-floor. The cleaning crew came the next day and cleaned the carpet and stairs. Everything went very well and the crews were on time and worked quickly and efficiently. I would look to use Normandy Carpet in the future

The rug looked very good except traffic stains in front of the sofa. I would have liked a call before it was sent home to alert me to the issue and let me know what efforts were undertaken to remove all those stains.
