I took a day off from work to meet the repair person. After waiting an hour past the expected arrival time, I phoned them. I was put on hold for a very long time and heard two and a half rounds of their pre-recorded message about how professional and on time they have a reputation for being. Finally, a woman came back on the phone. She claimed the reason the service person was so late was that he needed to return to the shop to return some equipment that was not needed for my job. She said he would be arriving in 20 minutes. I waited 45 minutes and called back to cancel. She was polite but not honest.

Technician arrived promptly, was extremely pleasant and cheerful, answered questions and gave information concerning carpet treatment and replacement. He was efficient in shifting furniture and objects to allow carpet removal, and carried away all wet and soiled material.

Started rough, but ended great! They quoted us an arrival window of between 2pm and 4pm, but did not arrive until after 5pm. The dispatcher misspelled the street address, and they wasted time driving around the neighborhood trying to find us. I don't understand why they didn't call us, as our home phone was on the service ticket. Once, they arrived, however, they were quick, thorough, courteous, and informative. They pointed out two drop-sized spots that they could not remove (rather than leaving me to discover it later myself), and gave me instructions for additional treatment. I was also quite pleased with the price. I was expecting to pay around $250. Their web site has a coupon for $25 off, but I added back in a $20 tip for the two workers.

Overall experience was good. They were responsive, on time and did the work rapidly.

Wonderful, they were punctual and removed some very hard to remove stains, and red wine stains from Holiday party. I also like the fact they were mindful of my other furniture.

THIS COMPANY WAS GOOD TO WORK WITH. WE NEEDED THE CARPETS CLEANED BEFORE A LAST MINUTE EVENT AT OUR HOME. THEY WERE VERY QUICK TO RESPOND AND THE PRICE WAS GOOD. THEY DID A GOOD JOB WITH THE CARPETS, ESPECIALLY SEVERAL STAINED AREAS.

I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. THEY PRE-TREATED FOR SPOTS & WERE ABLE TO GET MOST SPOTS UP. THE STAFF IS FRIENDLY & WORKS IN AN EFFICIENT MANNER.

THEY DO AN EXCELLENT JOB AND THE CARPETS ARE CLEANED TO THE BEST OF THEIR ABILITY. THEY SHOW UP ON TIME AND DO WHAT THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO. I AM ALWAYS SATISFIED WITH THEIR WORK.

THEY WERE VERY FAST. IT WAS DIFFICULT TO PERFORM AN ANALYSIS OF THEM AS THEY WERE IN AND OUT VERY QUICKLY. NO DAMAGE WAS DONE TO ANY FURNISHINGS IN THE HOUSE.

THEY ARE VERY THOROUGH. I HAVE SOME EXPENSIVE AREA RUGS AND WAS IMPRESSED WITH THE CARE TAKEN WITH THEM. THE END RESULT WAS A VERY CLEAN CARPET.

CARPET APPEARED TO BE MUCH CLEANER, AS WELL AS DEODORIZED AND SANITIZED. HOWEVER, THERE WERE PET STAINS, WHICH DESPITE GOING BACK OVER THEY COULD NOT REMOVE.

I THINK THAT THEY DID A GOOD JOB. THEY WERE PROMPT. THEY DID WHAT THEY SAID THEY WOULD DO. THEY HAD A REASONABLE PRICE. I WAS PLEASED WITH THE SERVICE.

SALES PERSON AND INSTALLERS WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL, HELPFUL AND ON TIME. THE WORK WAS WELL PRICED.

I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM. THEY GAVE ME A WONDERFUL SPOTTING TREATMENT THAT I CAN USE BETWEEN CLEANINGS. THE STAFF WAS PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS. MY CARPET LOOKS GOOD.

THEY DO IT THE RIGHT WAY. THEY STEAM CLEAN AND PULL THE DIRT OUT DEEPLY. THEY ARE GOOD AT GETTING ANIMAL RELATED SPOTS OUT. I HAVE USED THEM FOR TWENTY FIVE YEARS.

THE GUYS DID THREE ROOMS VERY FAST. IT SEEMED I WENT TO THE BATHROOM AND THEY WERE DONE! THE CARPETS WERE NOT THAT BRIGHT, I WAS EXPECTING MORE. THE CARPETS DIDN'T SEEM TO BE DEODORIZED EITHER!

ON-TIME, COURTEOUS, VERY RESPONSIVE, HANDLE EVERY ISSUE WITHOUT A STIR.

CAME FAST IN RESPONSE TO AN EMERGENCY, DRIED THE AREA VERY EFFECTIVELY AND REPLACED WET PAD SO THAT NO MOLD EVER APPEARED.

NORMANDY CARPET HAS CLEANED OUR CARPETS MANY TIMES AS I SAID. THEY DO A GREAT JOB ON STAINS AND WE HAVE TWO DOGS. THEY HAVE DIFFERENT PACKAGES SO WE COULD CHOOSE WHOLE HOUSE OR JUST A FEW ROOMS.
